Excellent option if you need to stop going from the north of Italy to the south. The hotel is run by an Argentinean family and their “asado” is great. They really make you feel at home. Access to the beach is excellent and the water is so clear.

La struttura è alquanto datata ma una volta entrati nel mood si apprezza il modo di interpretare la gestione da parte di questa famiglia argentina... si torna ai bei anni 70 e posso affermare che è stata la cosa che ho più apprezzatodella vacanza.

buono per una pausa sul mare

é un albergo che ha riaperto con una nuova gestione dopo il covid, da gestori argentini. Infatti il ristorante è in questo stile, oltre che italiano. Un pò vetusto, ma c'è quello che promette e buon rapporto qualità prezzo.

L'hotel da quest'anno è gestito da una famiglia argentina che fa di tutto per rendere la vacanza una bella esperienza cercando di sopperire alle mancanze della zona. Hanno buoni propositi per migliorare l'offerta nei prossimi anni, la posizione, in pratica sulla spiaggia è meravigliosa. Sono stata benissimo, mare cristallino, spero di poterci tornare altre volte

Se avessi potuto fare il check in. Nonostante il pagamento completo anticipato, denaro trattenuto dalla carta e la conferma ricevuta via mail, alle 23:59 prima della partenza, mi arriva un messaggio che leggo la mattina quando ero quasi arrivato sul posto, mi scrivono che non hanno stanze e se voglio confermare per i giorni da loro proposti. Spiego la situazione, molto gentilmente la sig.ra Stella mi trova un’altra sistemazione, a mezz’ora da Ortona ( 40 min ) con il traffico estivo. Deluso, rammaricato, senza voglia di discutere. Capisco tutto, errore umano, averlo saputo prima non sarei partito. Nulla da dire sulla sistemazione alternativa, ma non era ciò che avevo scelto ne ciò di cui avevo bisogno. Per motivi personali avevo la necessità di stare ad Ortona. Come si fa a non accorgersi di aver preso il denaro in anticipo, fare finta di nulla, chiedere se si è interessati ad un soggiorno in altra data? Denaro buttato per non rientrare a casa. Delusione totale…….sulla struttura e i servizi logicamente non posso scrivere nulla…..ci si può fidare a fare una prenotazione per ricevere un servizio, avendolo anche pagato anticipatamente?

La posizione è ottima per pa spiaggia ma purtroppo il perdonale non valorizza per nulla la struttura. Sicuramente pulito ma dispiace per la poca cura dello stabile e per la disorganizzazione del personale.

Ho qualche difficoltà a dare un parere sull'Hotel Valente, perchè il personale è cordiale, cortese, sorridente, educato, disponibile. Anche se non tutti parlano bene in italiano (mi pare di aver capito che siano argentini) fanno di tutto per andare incontro alle varie esigenze, quindi mi sembra brutto dare indicazioni negative. Però poi la sensazione nell'insieme è che l'organizzazione è un pò approssimativa. Camera grande ma arredata in maniera estremamente semplice. Alcuni lavori ancora in corso, ascensore non sempre funzionante, pulizie fatte nel primo pomeriggio, colazione scarsa, praticamente senza salati. Però il prezzo è conveniente. Diciamo che ci si può star bene, se non ci si aspetta troppo e si chiudono gli occhi qua e là.
