Yatak örtüleri ve havlular ne yazık ki sararmış görünüyordu. Mutfakta bırakılan temizlik bezi ve süngerde kötü görünüyordu. Havuzun filtresi yoktu ve temiz görünmediği için kullanmadık ancak çok güler yüzlü personeli vardı. Ayrıca otelin konumu, bahçesi, hayvan dostu olması bu olumsuz görüntüleri önemsiz hale getirdi bizim için. Bu detaylar dışında herşey bizim için son derece keyifli geçti. Kendilerine teşekkür ederiz.

Our experience

Please be aware that the pictures of the rooms are not specific to the room you choose to stay in. They are just random pictures of rooms in the hotel in general. We paid for a family room. Unfortunately the room we were put in was nothing like the pictures advertised on hotels.com. When l told them that the room they gave me looked nothing like the pictures on hotels.com, they told me that on hotels.com they just used random pictures of the rooms in the hotel. This is not acceptable. How can you put general pictures of the hotel rooms instead of the room being booked. l have been using hotel.com for years and this is the first time this has happened. When l told the staff that this was not the room advertised on hotels.com, they didn't think it was a big deal and said that the pictures of the rooms did not have to be the same as the room booked. Sorry but that is absolutely ridiculous. So, the pictures on hotels.com might not represent the room you end up in.Apart from these issues, even though advertised, there was no hair dryer in the bathroom. On the last morning we had no hot water. The towels and bed sheets were not changed on the 3rd day as advertised. The staff acted as if we were invisible throughout our stay. So, as you can understand, we were not very happy with this hotel.
