Stay with friends.

Giannis house was overall a fantastic stay and a great way to witness Sardinia if you’re not in to hotels. The house was very clean and easily accommodated 10 people ! The checking was a bit troubling as Maurizio doesn’t speak English, but we managed anyway. Be aware of rude barking dogs and steep hills. Else then that choose giannis for an unforgettable holiday!

Appena tornati da questa splendida vacanza ad Orosei..Abbiamo soggiornato in questa casa per una settimana, 2 famiglie com bambini da 6 a 12 anni, ci siamo trovati benissimo, posizione tranquilla, facile da raggiungere,casa spaziosa, ottima la pulizia, ottimo i servizio, disponibilità del proprietario e della persona che ci ha accolto in loco..sicuramente ripeteremo l’esperienza..

Grande maison agréable

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette grande maison bien propre disposée sur 3 étages. Les chambres de situent sur le demi sous sol (2 chambres et 1 salle de bain) et au 1er étage (2 chambres et 1 salle de bain). Climatisation dans toutes les pièces : très très appréciée. Grande terrasse ombragée le soir (impossible de manger à l extérieur pour le déjeuner). Communication avec le propriétaire (il n'habite pas dans la région) par mail, réponse rapide. Important de noter que la vaisselle est suffisante (ce qui est loin d'être le cas dans les locations en général) Petits bémols : - manque d eau chaude. Sur 8 personnes, seules 3 ou 4 avaient de l eau chaude. Le cumulus de 50 litres est bien insuffisant. - les aboiements des chiens la nuit. Il est à noter que la maison est dans un quartier résidentiel très calme. Seuls les chiens font du bruit. - dommage que nous n'ayons pas eu de liens avec un résident de Sardaigne qui aurait pu nous conseiller sur nos visites. Le propriétaire n'habite pas en Sardaigne. Mauricio, sympathique, s occupe d'accueillir les locataires. Pas de véritable rencontre comme c est souvent le cas dans les locations de particuliers. En conclusion, nous (4 adultes et 4 ados) sommes ravis d'avoir choisi cette location.

Nice place to spent holidays with 2 families

The casa Tommy was very suitable for our stay in Orosei. We were 2 families with 9 persons. One families lived in the upper floor (2 rooms with each 2 beds and a bathroom), the other family sleeped in the lower floor with 5-6- beds and a bathroom and in the middle floor, there was the kitchen an a third bath rooms. it was very clean and tidy and we were amazed about the equipment in the kitchen with dish washer and washing machine. We found everything we needed for all the 9 persons. Gianni and Maurizio were yery pleasant and helpful and even though we couldn't speak italian we suceeded communication (thanks to the daughter who translated into english :-) ) It is necessary to take care with the separation of the waste, but it is not so difficult as it seemed in the beginning. We got a discription in german. The only thing we missed, was good light for reading in the evening, especially in the lower floor. The discription of the apartment here on fewo-direkt was not really clear. I had problems to differentiate between Casa Tommy and Casa Cristina, I would wish more details an for each description only the correspnding fotos . All in all we were very happy and enjoyed our stay. Mille grazie!

répond rapidement

maison agréable très propre et climatisée . un peu loin de la mer .environnement assez bruyant avec beaucoup de chiens surtout le soir . il n’y avait pas de fer à repasser malgré le fait que c’était précisé dans le descriptif. quand on arrive de voyage c’est bien utile . j’ai demandé , on nous a ramené 2j après , mais la semelle était pourri , et accroché les vêtements .

Dans l'ensemble très bon séjour Belle maison avec grand parking pour 2 voitures Pratique avec plusieurs salles de bain Accueil sympathique Orosei et sa région valent vraiment le détour! Petits points négatifs : Pas de draps mais nous avions été prévenus Et eau chaude dans les douches aléatoire mais on était 7 Au total je recommande

Belle maison

La maison est récente, grande, propre et confortable. Bien équipée, on aurait juste aimé un grand parasol pour le midi. Très bien pour visiter la région. Elle est située à 1,2 km du centre d'Orosei, il y a plusieurs autres maisons de vacances à côté. Nous étions 2 familles, 9 personnes, nous avons passé un bon séjour.
