The Costa Marfil I building is one of our favourites: quiet, with Mercadona and restaurants nearby, the beach just a few steps away.... It really is a great opportunity for its versatility: two double bedrooms, a full bathroom with bathtub, a sofa bed, fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning in the living room at no extra charge, wifi and a parking space in the basement included in the price.

The building, in addition to its excellent location, has a seasonal communal swimming pool, landscaped communal areas, children\'s playground and lift access to floors.
