Sleeping 6 - this rental has one bedroom on the first floor (king bed) with a window ac unit, a loft with a queen bed, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room and a stand up ac. Relax with a hot coffee or a cool drink on the patio out front, and enjoy the beautiful yard and plantings. Brand new outdoor shower for your use after the beach! Situated between Orleans and Chatham, it's an easy drive to either Nauset or Skaket Beach. You can also bring the family dog, as this home is dog friendly (2 dogs max); so ask your agent for details-$150 fee will apply. Parking for 2 cars. Also provided: a "Welcome Bag" with your paper and cleaning products in a reusable tote, all compliments of the owner. This rental is attached to a main house that will have caretakers on site.
