Unexpected costs

Property was great but thermostat is restricted to no lower than 72 degrees. There is also an undisclosed 20 per car fee to get into the resort. And then i got an email saying we damaged a piece of furniture that was like that when we got there.
Stayed 6 nights in May 2025
