Overall the home was just as described in the pictures we had all ages and it was accessible for all, there are steep stairs going to the upstairs but they have retractable Gates blocking off the steps, and there is one bedroom and bathroom downstairs. There are a few normal wear and tear issues scratches on the walls stains in the carpet but nothing that would hinder your stay, overall it was pretty clean. We are a big cooking family so we did bring additional pots and pans and a slow cooker however all of the essentials were provided so it was really not needed. You do however need to bring personal items such as soap and shampoo additional garbage bags seasonings for cooking .The host Stephanie is very easy to get ahold of responding within minutes so any concerns or questions are answered right away. The teenage and young adult kids went up and watched a movie and played in the arcade there are several things to do by the club house. Heated pool lazy river movie night games. We would definitely book here again.
