Great spot, great place

We loved the property, it had more than enough room for a family of 4 (could likely accommodate 7/8) Location was amazing, 15-20 mins to Disney and close to lots of local amenities. Would use again!

Zay & Zak's Shake Shack has everything you need. Plenty of space well equipped and walking distance to some great restaurants.

Second stay

This is the second time we have stayed in this property in 6 months. It’s a lovely condo in a fun area close to disney and other fun spots in Orlando. Will book again when we come down next time.

Loved it!

Cottage very well appointed, everything you need is there, pool/ hot tub was a nice feature. The location was great, less than a mile to some great restaurants, water park and bars. Place was very clean..Thank You

Spring break

My family and I enjoyed our stay at the Zay and Zac shop. The pictures do paint a great picture of the actual property. Only thing is when I walked in it had a stale smell somewhat of smoke that may have not be defused all the way or maybe embedded in the curtains, so I did buy some room scents and opened a couple windows, it helped a little. The pool and hot tub looked great from the eye but it was super cold! I’m not sure if it was supposed to get warm but it didn’t, that was definitely an upset for my 9 year old. Also I ended up washing the utensils because there was alot of them with food still stuck on it. The sheets on the beds were a little worn out with bleach spots. I thought about looking into ownership with Margaritaville but the hot tub not warming up and the worn out bleached sheets was a turn off to purchase into the resort. My family and I made the best of the situation but we will probably try another resort when we come back. But we do appreciate the hospitality!

Great stay

We really enjoyed our stay here. The house was clean and looked really new. Our family had plenty of space to spread out. We would definitely love to stay here again. The location is great, easy access to shopping and food. The homeowners were great, we had an issue with the hot tub and they made sure to send someone the next day to fix it. The cons, the shower heads could be better. It was difficult, as a lady with long hair, to wash and rinse clean my hair. I wish there was a binder with information about the house and belongings, gaming stuff, and checkout information. We couldn’t figure out the various gaming systems, and it took a minute to get the tv’s figured out as well. I kept having to refer back to an email the rental company sent to see if it had information regarding steps for check out etc. Overall we were very happy and wouldn’t hesitate to book again.

Property Description Not Correct

The house was nice but they advertise this property as having a pool and hot tub but when we inquired about how to heat up the hot tub we were told it is jetted but not a hot tub. We were specifically looking for a place with a pool and hot tub so if this is important for you then just be aware that the description in the property is not correct. Also during the call they mentioned compensating me (I didn’t ask for any) but they are no longer responding to me.

Perfect location for Disney vacation!

Our family had the best time renting this house! Very clean, convenient to shops and restaurants, and best of all close to all Disney parks. Highly recommended and we’ll definitely come back!

Great house in great location!

This house was perfect for our family of 6 for our trip to Disney/Universal. We loved this property it slept all of us comfortably and had all the amenities we needed including a pool. Conveniently located about 15 minutes to Disney and 30-40 minutes to Universal Studios. It’s right off the main road with tons of restaurants and shopping. There is also a Target within a 2 min drive with a Starbucks located inside. The Margaritaville neighborhood was great and very quiet. We will definitely be back.
