Home is equipped with keyless smart locks and alarm. Access is typically the last 4 digits of the primary guest phone number. There are 2 exterior cameras....one in the front of the property facing the driveway and one in the back for security reasons. None of our cameras faces the inside of the house.

This five-bedroom home comfortably accommodates up to 14 guests across thoughtfully arranged spaces. Two king bed suites offer private retreats - one located on the first floor with sliding glass doors that open directly to the pool area, along with a walk-in closet and a spacious ensuite bathroom with a soaking tub, rain shower, and bidet. A second king bed suite upstairs provides another quiet bedroom with its own Smart TV and ceiling fan.

Additional bedrooms bring playful personality to the home. A Mickey-themed room features twin beds, while a beach-themed room includes two queen beds. The fifth bedroom offers a queen bed, creating a variety of sleeping arrangements for families and groups. Each bedroom includes a Smart TV and ceiling fan, and the family room provides a sectional sofa with a queen pull-out bed with a memory foam mattress for additional sleeping space.

Living spaces
The open family room is designed for relaxing after a full day out, featuring a 65 inch HDTV and comfortable seating for movie nights or casual conversation. Sliding glass doors connect the living space to the pool area, filling the room with natural light throughout the day. A dedicated workspace in a room with a door offers a quiet area for remote work, and the home includes Wifi and Ethernet connection.

The kitchen centers around a large island that naturally becomes a gathering point for meals and conversation. Guests have access to a full kitchen and dining table for shared meals, morning coffee, or planning the day’s activities before heading out.

Step outside to a screened pool deck designed for relaxing and spending time together.
