The hosts were very easy to get ahold of. We absolutely loved the house. It was quite chilly for Florida when we stayed in December, and paying extra for the heated pool and hot tub were well worth it. Loved all the pool toys and game room. House is decorated lovely. Location is fabulous: close enough to everything and yet quiet. The only reason we did not give the home a perfect score was because the internet was spotty at best, so watching shows and getting on the computer was very challenging. I would recommend this house for an enjoyable stay with a large crowd. Plenty of room for guests. The kitchen was stocked nicely as well.

The host and the house were great. The only suggestion I would make is to install a WIFI Booster, with all of the channels streaming and cell phones using the WiFi, the the televisions were in buffering mode a lot. We enjoyed our time very much, I recommend this Villa. Thank you for the stay

This place is amazing! Looks just like the pictures. Super clean, spacious and great for families. Everyone in our family was able to ya e room to rest and relax after fun days at Disney. Staying here was much better than staying at a hotel room. We had one day where the internet was acting up, but owners were very responsive and helpful with handling it quickly. We would stay here again!

When I booked this property it made me feel better booking with so many positive reviews, however that was not the case for our stay. The property is starting to get rundown compared to the photos. Many pieces of the furniture throughout the home are ripped and worn. A lot of wood pieces throughout the home were cracked or coming apart. We also experienced issues with what we believe was black mold in two of the bathrooms (photos attached). The host was very responsive when that issue was brought to their attention and offered a refund of the cleaning fee. The pool and game room were the highlight of my family’s trip. Overall, I do not think we would stay at this property again.

5 Stars across the board. The house is exactly as described. Very clean, nice, spacious and everything worked perfectly. The house is beautifully furnished and we thoroughly enjoyed the amenities. Owner was constantly in contact to ensure everything went perfectly which it did. Great experience.

Perfect Family Getaway – Modern, Comfortable, and Fun!We had such a wonderful stay at David and Denise’s home! The house is beautifully updated and modern, with plenty of space for our family to relax and enjoy. The kitchen was everything—fully stocked with everything you could possibly need, making cooking feel just like home.The game room was a huge hit with the kids, and the pool and spa area were so peaceful and relaxing. We spent hours outside enjoying the water and the quiet neighborhood.David and Denise were amazing hosts with excellent customer service—super responsive and helpful throughout our stay.If you’re looking for a clean, modern home with great amenities and thoughtful owners, this is it! Visiting Universal studios

We really loved our stay. The communication with the owner was perfect, before and during our stay. A wine bottle with a nice welcome note was there upon our arrival. The house and outside pool was stunning!

Awesome Property Close to Orlando Attractions

Very spacious and beautiful property! The house is located in a safe, gated community and backs onto green space, so it was nice and quiet. Lots of space to relax and recharge during our rest days. The pool, hot tub and games room were a hit with the kids! Access to the community pool, lazy river and water slide were an added bonus. The property is located close to Orlando attractions (~30 minute drive to Disney World and ~45 minutes to Universal in heavy traffic on the I-4). The hosts, David and Denise, were awesome and frequently checked in with us and quickly answered any questions we had. Thank you for a wonderful stay. We would definitely come back again!

Disney Vacation

We rented house for stay during our Disney trip. While the parks had us away for most of the time, the property was spacious, clean, inviting and everything we could have wanted for our stay. Communication with property owners was detailed and plentiful. We had no issues and would highly recommended this rental.

Solterra Villa

Loved the villa 💕 It was so spacious. Everyone slept quite comfortably. My grandchildren loved the theme rooms. The garage that was transformed into a play area which was well used. The kids and adults thoroughly enjoyed it. The theatre upstairs our grandchildren said it was awesome. Publix and stores are really close. Disney was only 20 minutes away. Universal Studios was 40 minutes away. The outdoor area was well used. Lots of space and seating. The only thing that was missing was a garlic press, LOL 😂 I would highly recommend this place for a large large family.

We absolutely had the best time! From the time we checked in, everything was awesome. The owners were so great at communicating and the house was beautiful! My 2 young kids lived in the pool every night! The games in the garage and the themes for the rooms upstairs were a big hit! We would def stay here again!

We loved this house. We had 3 kids ranging from 12-7 and it was perfect for them. So much for them to do with games and gaming to movie nights and swimming. House was beautiful and spacious. The owners communicated so quickly on everything. Definitely will be booking here again in future.
