Relaxing and welcoming stay!

Spacious and relaxing. Set up was very nice. Loved they had some staples already stocked for visitors. Such as condiments, a few bottles of water. Laundry detergent for the washing machine. Patio was set up very nice with towels, table cloth and plenty of pool floats and toys to play in the pool or relax. Club house was nice and had a list of activities. We didn't spend much time there, however staff seemed very friendly and helpful. Overall very welcoming! Great communication from property owner.Bunch welcoming with towels,

Amazing home!

This was a home away from home for us. We felt so comfortable here. Our hosts were amazing and couldn't have done more for us. The property is clean and exactly as described. It has a great pool, is in a great location, and has a brilliant clubhouse on the site. We really enjoyed spending time here as a family. We will definitely be returning, and we want to thank Colette and Bill for having us.

Disney Trip for Granddaughter

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful house. The interior was amazing. We all enjoyed the pool, hot tub and game room. The property was close to Disney and other attractions in Orlando. We would definitely stay here again.

Holiday family vacation

We stayed at this property for 6 nights during our family vacation and we absolutely enjoyed it. I loved the fact that the house was located on the corner and in a gated community. We were there during New Year’s and felt very safe. The house was clean and the heated pool and hot tub was an added bonus. Check in and check out was easy and the owner, Colette was very responsive. The only issue was traffic, so if you have to be somewhere, give yourself extra time. Overall, we definitely enjoyed our stay and would recommend Colette’s property.

Family vacation

We stayed at the property during July 2024. We are family of 5 with 3 teenagers. The property is in a lovely gated complex with an on site pool, jacuzzi, mini golf and tiki bar. The accommodation was clean and had everything we needed. The villa pool had a selection of pool toys, floats and towels and was a lovely temperature. The jacuzzi was set to a perfect heat and great to relax with a wine while my husband used the BBQ. The kitchen was really well stocked, although a few more oven trays would be helpful. A great bonus was the various herbs, oils etc that were left in the cupboards and perfect for cooking. The games room was brilliant entertainment for our teens as sometimes the weather was too stormy for the pool after a day at the parks. The washing facilities are fab and have complimentary detergent. All the beds are super comfortable and we had no complaints about sleeping. Collette the host was very efficient and helpful. Overall we had a wonderful stay. The distance to the parks is about 40mins drive but can take much longer on an evening due to traffic. There are 2 well stocked supermarkets, take-aways and restaurants within 2 miles of the property.

This house was perfect. Had all the little things we needed. Fully stocked kitchen and all the little extras we needed to be comfortable. The Spring Games Stay
