Amazing!

From the moment we opened the front door until we locked up for the last time as we departed, this house was amazing in every way! The decor, the supplies and kitchenware, the accommodations and bedding, the pool, and the view were all top-notch. We will definitely be back to stay in the future.

Beautiful and cozy stay near theme parks!

We had a great stay at this home! It was a 30 - 40 minute drive to the Universal and Disney theme parks and this was such a great quiet retreat to come back to after a busy day! The pool was lovely and it was an easy space to prepare breakfast and dinner. I would definitely hope to stay here in the future!The pool area is particularly nice! Beautiful view, very private and just such a calm place to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning!

Wonderful he.

Loved our stay here, stayed for a week. It was a great location for us to take in WDW and both coasts. Kids loved the pool! There was plenty of space and bathrooms for our family of 6. I wouldn’t hesitate to book a stay here again.

Holiday trip with family

Property and location were perfect for us. Easy drive to Disney areas and centrally located by lots of stores and gas stations. Single floor layout was perfect for us and everyone had their spaces. Pool area was nice and view into the pond was lovely. Lots of amenities in well stocked kitchen for making meals and plenty of dining spaces at tables. Our hot tub and pool were heated for our trip, highly recommend for fall or winter visits when night air gets cooler. The pool area was a central hangout place for our family with tons of seating and loungers. Property managers and hosts were super responsive and great to work with. Definitely would stay here again!

We loved this house!

My friend and I loved everything about this house. It was exactly as described. We had everything we needed and the house was very clean. Safe neighborhood out of the hustle and bustle of Orlando and we had everything we needed close by. The host was great! We were scheduled to come in a few days after the hurricane and Joe kept in contact about the houses condition. We are already planning a trip back next year!

Once in a life time

This trip was a once in a lifetime holiday and the accommodation lived up to our expectations. The location the house everything was just right. The only slight downside which was sorted very quickly was a invasion of sugar ants into the property Thank you for an amazing holiday

Fantastic Stay !

This was our second time staying here & we can't say enough about it. The home is beautiful & clean & the location is convenient to the parks and lots of shopping and restaurants. The kitchen is stocked extremely well & we love the overall design of the home which allows for family time in the common areas and privacy for sleeping. The pool/deck area is absolutely stunning and we enjoyed many days and nights outside. The description and pictures are 100% accurate and the host Joe is extremely responsive. We look forward to our return next year (hopefully). Very pleased with our stay and highly recommend.

Thank you for a wonderful stay in your home. The location was excellent with a beautiful view from the house. The sunsets were stunning. We loved this accommodation. Clean, comphy and everything we needed. Short drive to Disney. Nice and quiet. fantastic commutation from owners throughout and from the caretakers. We were sad to leave. See you again in a few years! Fingers crossed.

Perfect property for a multi generation family vacation

Wonderful property, perfect for a multi generation family vacation. The house was clean, bright, well maintained and attractively furnished. The pool area had plenty of comfortable seating and a nice covered lanai with table and chairs for shaded outside seating overlooking a quiet lake. The owners are really responsive and helpful. A good location for all the Parks too. Highly recommend

Perfect House

We loved staying at this location. It was beautiful, had a wonderful layout, and was stocked with everything we needed and more. We also appreciated the child safety features! We would recommend the house to anyone looking for something in the area. The grands are already asking when we can stay there again. The one and only disappointment we had was the MK fireworks view was minimal at best. Certainly not a complaint, just saying set your expectations low for this part. A+ for this home.

Beautiful home away from home!

We loved this BEAUTIFUL home and had a wonderful stay! Booking was very easy. Great communication at any time and quick response with any questions by the owner Joe! We came to go to Disney and the parks were about 15-20mins away which was great. Loved the pool and got it heated. Layout of the house was perfect for 2 sets of grandparents 2 kids and myself and my husband with plenty of room and well stocked. Game room was fun as well! Nice neighborhood and lots of restaurants, Walmart, Publix and things to do only mins away. Thank you again Joe, hope to book with you in the future! ~Wood family~

Beautiful home with everything you need

We stayed here for a cheer competition at Universal Studios. Those house was further than I wanted (about 40 minutes away from the park) but the house was worth the drive. Pool was perfect for 8 year olds with plenty of floats and a few toys, rooms were spacious, 2 living areas, tvs in every room and the host thought of everything including a Bluetooth speaker for music. Great location near plenty of restaurants.

Perfect Home from Home

Our stay at this Villa was everything we hoped it would be. After spending a brilliant but tiring 4 nights at Disney's Yacht Club, the family were craving some peace and quiet and a decent space to grab some rest and relaxation. This property delivers against the brief. Spotless, well kept, top of the range appliances, a games room, comfy beds throughout and to top it off, a beautiful lake with plentiful wildlife just off of the pool area. During our 13 night stay we saw alligators, Turtles, Egrets and Eagles. Once recharged, the property is a 30 minute drive (on a good day) from the parks and there are plenty of restaurants and shops within easy reach on the 27. All in all, superb. The hosts were also a pleasure to deal with. We will be staying again.

Exceptional & relaxing home !

We spent our February school break here and we were sad to check out ! First- this is the cleanest rental we have ever stayed in, and we are traveling family. The layout was perfect with its 4 bedrooms & 3 baths, The welcoming food tray upon arrival was so appreciated and just one of the many thoughtful gestures made by the owners. I highly recommend selecting the heated pool & spa option - our visit was during a cold snap - yet with the heated option we enjoyed the pool & spa every day and into the evenings. Days we did not have plans were spent on the pickleball and tennis courts, with our nights in the game room! Love the location - so close to restaurants & grocery stores. We will be back -and we have already suggested it to multiple friends !

Nice property and customer focussed managers

Spacious and clean house that was well stocked for preparing and serving meals. Located in a nice, quiet neighborhood with Publix just down the road. Pool overlooks a nice view of a pond. Owners were very responsive and we appreciated their attentiveness to details like a little snack tray that greeted us when we arrived. It was a nice retreat after busy days at Disney and NASA.
