Host was responsive. We had issues checking in, but Ricardo picked up our call to quickly resolve the issue. I was disappointed by the cleaning in the unit. Ricardo has a good amount of family items available. The condo felt very spacious and had great parking.The community pool was heated and the hot tub was an amazing temperature. Host graciously provides shampoo, conditioner and bodywash.

Great property and attentive owners!

We stayed here over Memorial Day weekend and had a wonderful time. We arrived after midnight on Friday night, so thankfully Ricardo's check-in instructions were accurate and easy to follow.The unit was very clean and exactly as advertised. It was tastefully decorated and the beds and furniture were comfortable. There were paper towels and plenty of toilet paper available for our stay. There were dishwasher soap pods and dish soap, which we appreciated so we didn't need to purchase these things for our stay. The unit is located very close to Tradewinds Restaurant along with the community pool adjacent to the sandy beach and waterfront. We personally prefer the pool closest to the clubhouse and walking there was super quick and easy via the pathway. Prior to, and throughout our stay, Ricardo was very responsive to any questions we had and had great communication. I definitely would rent from Ricardo again and would stay in this unit!
