Located in East Orlando, this updated old style Florida home has a beach house feel and features 2 bedrooms, including a king bed, queen bed, and an activity room with a futon. With 2 bathrooms equipped with a bathtub and shower, guests can relax and unwind after a day of exploring. Enjoy the convenience of WiFi, AC, heating, iron, washing machine, and a hair dryer. Located in a quiet neighborhood, experience the excellent comfort and serenity of this space during your stay. Enjoy a large backyard however there is no fence so please keep all pets on a leash and young children supervised. Enjoy all that Orlando has to offer when you stay at our place. 10-15 minutes from Orlando Science Center, Lake Eola Park, and Leu Gardens. 20-30 minutes from Universal Studios, Walt Disney World, Orlando International Premium Outlets, the Florida Mall, Icon Park, and Orlando International Airport. 45 minutes to 1 hour from the Space Coast Cape Canaveral, Cocoa Beach, and Kennedy Space Center.

Visit for UCF graguation
House was great and very clean. Slight issue with getting passcode, but was resolved before we arrived. Beds were a bit soft for our taste, but others may prefur that. Centrally located for our needs. Would definatly stay there again.
