Excellent communication. Beautiful home with everything we needed. Host was gracious and very responsive to any questions. All information provided. Wonderful resort. Great amenities. Would absolutely recommend staying at Steve’s place.

The home had potential, but our experience was disappointing.What We Liked:Spacious layout with lots of seatingFun children’s room designLarge dining table and plenty of counter spaceMultiple bathrooms and good HVACWhat Went Wrong:Cleanliness: Hair in dresser drawers, food in couch cushions, and items left from previous guests. Floors were so dirty our feet turned black on day one—we had to clean them ourselves.Maintenance: Freezer initially broken, overhead lights never worked, locks on bedroom/bathroom doors didn’t function, pictures fell off walls, foosball table broken, dining chairs sagged, and the main floor king mattress sagged badly.Safety Hazards: A glass shower door fell on a family member while showering, and a shower curtain rod fell on another.Exterior: Weeds growing between pavers in the pool area added to the neglected feel.We reported issues, and while some were fixed, others were not. For the price, we expected far better. We would not stay here again, and the property needs major attention before being rented out.

Yikes. Don’t stay here if you have kids, or a nose. The pool fence was broken in two places. My toddler was able to get into the pool deck area twice - terrifying.All the towels smelled horribly of mildew like they were left wet in the washer for days, the downstairs bedroom and game room smelled gross like cat litter. The router and modem and all the cords are just laying on the floor in the downstairs kids Moana room so we couldn’t let our toddlers sleep in there as planned. The house wasn’t totally cleaned when we arrived. All the bath mats were dirty, the baseboards/walls/outlets were dirty, and the kitchen cupboard was full of opened food (from the last guests?)The neighborhood security is hardcore so expect to wait a while at check in if there are any cars in front of you, but a breeze to get through after your first entry. I was also harassed by the management after parking a car on the grass for two hours (which is not allowed and I totally take responsibility for, but they called and messaged me repeatedly for 6 hours after we had already moved the car).The “owner” was also maybe not real? It’s owned by a company, and messages all felt off. Maybe automated responses or AI? Maybe just a language barrier.Hot tub and pool temps were a little finicky and 80% shaded all day, but still nice. Location is close to everything, nice playground, water park looked fun.You can find a nicer place for the same price. Unsure how this house has such a high rating. Bummer.

We have happily paid an equivalent price to stay at multiple houses and condos within this neighborhood over the years. But this property was very run down. Comparing this stay to others is very disappointing. All the appliances were old and worn out. The nightstands were faux marble tops, but the “marble” was peeling away. The upstairs bathroom near the king bed squeals with every shower.  Not bath, but the shower head. The squeal can be heard throughout the entire home. Door to the Star Wars room doesn’t close because of humidity or warping. Fridge growls at you (makes whatever noise it’s making) and the shelves in the door fall out when you barely grab them. There are lightbulbs missing all over the house, and a lot of the walls and outlets are really dirty.

The house was clean and all the directions were easy. They were very responsive if I had any questions. The pool was a great size for a family of 7 and was super close to parks that made for a great lower cost option than staying on property.

We had a nice stay and really appreciated how responsive and helpful the host was. The location was great for our family, and check-in was very smooth. The house was comfortable and had everything we needed, though a few aspects felt a bit dated and could use some refreshing. Overall, a good experience!

All of our guests commented about the "conversational" layout between the kitchen, great room, and the pool. The kids' bedroom decorations and special lighting effects were superb.

Amazing Support

I would love to give a 5 star rating, but the beds were quite old and in need of an upgrade. The upgrades that were made in this house (games room and kids rooms) are great, but more upgrading could really make this a special place. What did make this wonderful was the communication from both the host and the company that owns the property. Not only did they check in frequently and ensure we had what we needed, they also solved issues quickly so we could continue to enjoy our stay without interruption. A quick example is that I mentioned a blender that was leaking and a new one was on our doorstep the next day. Truly appreciated, but communication in general can really make travellers comfortable. I would highly recommend this place as I can imagine the suggestions that were made after our stay will be looked after as quickly as the ones we asked about during our stay.

Perfect Family House

My family and I had a wonderul time at this house. It was perfect. Nice size, lots of bathrooms. Very clean. Disney was 15-20 minutes away depending on the park.Big bonus having the pool and playground only a few min walk away. Highly recommend, would happily stay here again.

Comfortable

The house and property were as advertised. The pool heater worked well, which is refreshing as this is my 5th rental home in the area and it has never worked at any other home.Location is great, minus the 192 highway which is terrible between 4pm and 7pm monday to friday.Home was clean, linen was clean, and games room was clean. Washer and dryer worked great.Host was very easy to get a hold of.

Great Place Amazing Stay

Perfect for our family and our sons. Close to Disneyland. The pool and hot tub were perfect. The resort pool was great. Its close enogh to walk to the resort pool and workout facility. Great snacks at the pool bar. We had a couple of very minor items ( light and door latch) that the owner addressed the same day! We were very happy and appreciate the great place to stay. Would definitely stay again!

Great location close to Disney

If you're looking for a larger home for your family vacation this is the perfect home! Every bedroom has access to a bathroom which makes those hurried vacation mornings less hectic. The host was very quick to reply to any questions that i had. It took less than 15 minutes to get to any Disney park and 5 minutes from Walmart. Definitely adding this home to my favorites for our next stay!
