Our guests get complimentary high speed internet service, free onsite parking, and full access to the building facilities, which include an outdoor pool, and sauna.

There is free parking available in the lot underneath the building, please note this cannot be reserved and is on a first come, first serve basis - with a height restriction of 7.5Ft. Open spaces surrounding the main building are available for taller vehicles.



Unit Access:

As you enter through the main entrance to the lobby, you'll notice hallways with wide clearance and two elevators.



Keep entertained with complimentary access to the condo's beautiful amenities open from 8am - 10pm, year round.

• Please be informed that the building’s pool heating service is currently unavailable. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.

• The unit you'll be staying in is situated facing the street. While this provides a great view, we also want to inform you that there might be potential noise due to its location. Your understanding is so much appreciated.

Pet Friendly:

•To keep everyone safe and comfortable, we allow small dogs (maximum of 2). Please share your dog’s breed in advance. A $99 pet fee per dog applies.

• A pet fee of $99 will be included at the time of booking if the pet is declared. If a pet is not declared during booking, the fee will be charged separately after the reservation is made .

•If you have more than one pet please note that an extra fee of per pet will also be collected after booking confirmation.



• Parties, events and smoking/vaping are prohibited in or around our property.

• Please check-out on time. Late departures will result in a charge for each additional hour the property cannot be accessed for turnover.

• Large messes will result in an additional cleaning fee. Please clean up after yourselves and your pets.

• Firearms and weapons are strictly prohibited on the property.

If any of these house rules are broken, you and your group may be subject to additional charges or be requested to vacate the property immediately without refund.
