Attractions such as Sea World, MGM studios, Animal Kingdom, Universal Studios, Harry Potter, etc., outlet shopping, restaurants and several world class golf courses are nearby. We felt this was a good rental home for the price. Not too far from the Disney parks, easy check in/check out process, and plenty of space for everyone to spread out. The main issues we had were that the wifi was spotty and slow at times (but it did eventually work), and the hot tub was not very hot and didn’t seem able to be adjusted. Overall we had a good stay.

Thankyou to Joann and Jim for such a wonderful stay The Villa is in a lovely quiet community in clermont and we absolutely loved it, at the beginning of the tripWe had an issue with the pool heat and WiFi but within an hour Joann was at the property to fix the issue or the pool guy was there to fix the pool heatThe bedrooms was big and spacious lovely comfortable beds and a tv in every room The kitchen had all the amenities and even some extra bits in the pantry which we appreciated! Joann and Jim were fantastic hosts and appreciate the care they showed for any issue that arose (even though they were very minor issues that were resolved immediately!) Absolutely lovely villa and lovely hosts, we do hope to stay again next time we come to Florida!

Softball Tournament Stay
