We have stayed at this property before in their rental home side. This time there were only four of us, so we thought we’d try the hotel. We arrived early hoping to use the pool and included waterpark passes. Our room wasn’t ready, so we checked our bags and headed to the waterpark. It is nice that they provide transportation, however I will say it is completely walkable, if you’re wondering. We got rained out and headed back to the hotel. They were supposed to call when our room was ready, but at 4pm we still hadn’t received a call so I got in the extremely long lobby line to check on the room. An hour later we finally got to the front. An hour. In this day and age of digital key cards this was rediculous, especially since I already had pre-checked in. The rooms are cute but definitely dated. The faucet handles were shaky, poor water pressure. Beds were comfortable. TV was cable so couldn’t watch Disney+ or Netflix. The pool area is lovely, but unfortunately not open due to rain. The on-site restaurant was very good. Great kids options. The line honestly put a bad taste in my mouth for the one night stay. Maybe if I stayed longer it wouldn’t have stuck with me. Customer service was not important from a corporate perspective. All of the workers pleasant

From the beginning to the end the staff was great. My most favorite part was the fact that we were there way beore check in time which usually happens but they had a area where we could change our clothes and have a pool time until our room was available. the valet was EXCELLENT, and there's where the quality ended. Restaurant was sad to say the least. Lunch menu was extremely limited, dinner conditions were embarrasing (for them). Dirty tables outside with birds flying in and taking food off the tables next to us trying to eat. One sink in our bathroom didn't drain, the other sink the hot water faucet didn't work and when we turned the water on under the sink then the hot water wouldn't shut off. We tried to call maintenence more than once and final got to a point to leave a voice mail however the mail box was full. I would be embarassed if I were in management or ownership of Margaritiville charging those rates and giving the kind of service that was delivered. We were very disappointed in our stay and I will leave many reviews regarding all the issues.

The location was great… near to stores . The pool was not crowded and they had a foam party which my son enjoyed . However customer service is poor . I waited online for 30 minutes several times before check in! Long hold times for the operator if you get through. No upgrade available for VIP. Manager was of no assistance. The bag guy even forgot one of my bags. Wouldn’t stay here again .

Short couples trip

Over all this was a great middle of the road in price hotel. First day wasn't enjoyable. They seemed to be a very disorganized. The new management company brought their own staff in and no one could answer very simple questions. No one could even tell us where the spa was on their own property so we called the spa and they found us and walked to the building. Massages and staff at the spa were fantastic but pricey. If you stay here, I highly recommend the services offered. There are 2 family pool areas with sand, cabanas & scallops to rent for some shade. A tiki bar is at the far end of the family area. You can order right from your chaise lounges, cabanas or scallops and they will deliver to you. Takes a while but for people with small children, it's certainly convenient. The 3rd pool is considered a quiet pool with no young children. This was a very relaxing pool. No bar or food offered here which is odd since 95% of people here are adults. The walk to the tiki bar is not close at all, nor is the bar inside the hotel. I can confidently say this hotel was spotless. Maybe the cleanest I've been to. The housekeeping staff were thoughtful and very attentive. Our biggest issue was the pitch for a 2 hour condo timeshare or property purchase of real estate. To say it was 4 or 5 times a day is not an exaggeration. They walk around the lobby and camp out right outside each corner of the lobby before guests get on the elevators.

For the price and for being a Margarita village we felt unsafe because anyone from around the area can get inside the hotel like you are one of those motels in kissimmee, room service you have to be calling and asking for it. The only good thing is the free entrance for the water park, but we rather stay somewhere else next time.

Wonderful Pool was heated and super awesome Beach sand pool bars Staff was super friendly and Jacob the front desk guy was a cool dude! He deserves a bonus. Upon check in he gave us a rum & coconut drink upon check out invoking stated the room coffee maker was broken and I don’t get my coffee that morning and he made sure that was was leaving happy with out a morning coffee. lol We had a balcony on our room Only issue we found was no bathroom exhaust fan so when you pooped the smell didn’t leave fast ha! We will definitely return
