Terrible check in experience. No explanation provided for the various charges incurred. The staff at the hotel are not very english-friendly. Housekeeping was asked multiple times to clean the room and provide caffeinated coffees but the room was not cleaned and the beds not made for 3 days in a row. Clear English instructions provided were not followed when the room was cleaned. One elevator was not working throughout our stay. Going up and down floors took way longer than it should

If you are someone that has a supreme sense of smell then you might want to think twice about staying here. The perfumes were really hard to tolerate in the lobby and in the hallways leading to my room. I had to shove a towel under my door to keep the smell out it was that strong. The bathrooms lacked amenities, just a simple bar of soap to wash your hands with and no dish to put it in. A raggedy torn bath rug and the room was barely cleaned because I located hair and a previous guests eye contact in the shower. The conditioner dispenser had shampoo in it and after a long day at the parks your priority is to wash and condition your hair. I called down and it took 4 hours for someone to run up the conditioner. The rooms are not as impressive as the photos presented on the websites and our beds had a torn looking bed cover on the box spring. Bedding definitely needs to be upgraded. We tried the bus service to the park one day because we were told that there were no stops and the bus would go directly to the parks, that was a lie. It made 3 stops and it took about 1.5 hours before we actually arrived at the gates to the park. It was beyond frustrating to be misinformed. The hotel restaurant to me saved our stay. Food was delicious, delivered quickly and the stay superb! Their hotel store provisions also very good but the baristas not very friendly. There was entertainment but we stayed so late at the parks each night that we didn’t have time to enjoy that portion

Loved the decor of the king suite overlooking the pool. The balcony was very spacious with 2 lawn chairs and 2 chaise loungers. The room was perfect for my significant other and me. Having a microwave in the room would have been helpful but not a deal breaker. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They did not hesitate to give us an upgrade from the king resort view room when asked.

Ive already gave them this feedback. We were truly disappointed on this trip and considering we got married here and we come every year for our anniversary. We were pretty disappointed when we decided to spend eight days for Thanksgiving with what we found. The Internet didn’t work. The tablet didn’t work. The hooks were falling off the wall in the bathroom. There was mold in the shower. I was really disappointed as well as my wife to not just find it in this condition but when we told them about it amongst some other issues that we had they kept saying they would address it and it took multiple phone calls to get it addressed along with the fact that we weren’t compensated or offered anything just to say hey we care about you guys as customers and at a minimum they could’ve at least moved the room instead of allowing us to deal with it we even had a sink that wouldn’t drain and that still wasn’t fixed until we left even though they told us it was fixed
