Great location, poor communication.

Lovely property however we kept finding false nails on the floor both inside and outside the property. We arrived very late in the evening and woke up the next day unable to move our car off the drive for three days due to road resurfacing which we were not informed off. Also part way through our stay the access codes changed and again we were not notified, I didn’t have telephone comms so emailed the company at midday and didn’t receive a reply until 1730 that evening, meaning we could not go back to the villa as we could not get in. Villa is in a lovely location and easy to travel to places. Info received on email prior to arrival and info within villa was confusing, for example one saying put bins out the other saying don’t put the bins out!

Mostly positive but important notes

We had a pleasant stay overall and found that the listing photos accurately reflect the property. The space was nearly spotless, which we appreciated. However, there were some noticeable downsides that are worth mentioning for future guests.There were ants in the kitchen—something the hosts seem aware of, as there were ant baits already in place. The pool definitely needed a cleaning and didn’t look as well-maintained as the rest of the property.In terms of amenities, be sure to bring your own supplies. Only two rolls of toilet paper are provided per bathroom, there are no extra bath towels, and the ones provided are thin and worn. The kitchen was minimally stocked: no dish towels, only one roll of paper towels, and no basic cooking items like oil, salt, or pepper. Toiletries were also not provided aside from a small hotel shampoo bottle.With a few simple upgrades and more thoughtful stocking of essentials, this could be a much more comfortable and guest-friendly experience.

As Advertised

Great place. Great communication. Property was clean with all the comforts necessary for a great stay. A big thank you to our host. The community gate code did change during our stay, however we were quickly provided the new code by the management team. Thanks again. Hot tub was nice, I would have preferred the pool to be a little warmer but that’s truly nitpicking.

Very Nice

The townhome is situated on a corner and has easy access in and out. The pool temperature was wonderful. The house was very clean and tidy. The beds were very comfortable. The team was available and easy to work with for any questions or concerns.

Convenient, Clean Location in Lovely Community

We had a wonderful stay at this location for our long weekend away. The house was very clean and modern, close to Orlando and surrounding tourist attractions, and the private pool and jacuzzi was a plus! The only negative thing I have to say is that AC cannot be set lower than 75, which made for warm nights especially after our day at the Disney Parks. The hosts were pleasant and very responsive.

We had a very nice stay at the property

The property has been one of the best houses we have rented over the years. The beds were very comfy. The kitchen was supplied very well. Pool area and pool/jacuzzi were clean. The cushions of the outdoor furniture need to be replaced (little mold given the humidity in Florida). In the gated resort we felt safe. The area around the resort had everything we needed (supermarkets, restaurants etc.). Disney and Universal (via toll road) were very easy to reach. We would definitely rent this house again.

Perfektes Haus in ruhiger Lage

Das Haus entspricht voll und ganz den Bildern und der Beschreibung. Sehr geräumig und schön eingerichtete Zimmer. Sauberkeit war grundsätzlich in Ordnung, der Boden hätte jedoch vor unserer Ankunft besser gereinigt werden können. Der Pool ist sehr schön und dank Beleuchtung im Außenbereich auch abends nutzbar. Die Küche ist ordentlich ausgestattet. Wer mal etwas größer kochen will, dem werden die vorhandenen Töpfe vermutlich nicht ausreichen. Der ein oder andere zusätzliche Topf würde nicht weh tun. Umgebung durch die Lage in der Gates Community sehr ruhig.

Overall it was a great place. The biggest issue we had was the hot tub didn’t work until the last few days of our stay. The owners did a great job staying in touch and working to get it fixed. The pool was great and perfect temp not being heated. The community is safe and clean. Would recommend and will most likely stay in the future. A few hiccups but no major issues and owners were great helping with any questions or problems I had!

Family Disney Trip

We had a fantastic week enjoying Disney and relaxing in this Villa! The beds are all very comfortable, and the pool and hot tub are the perfect end to a long hot day of walking around Disney. The location is great-tucked away from all the crazy traffic but close to anything you need. Would definitely stay here again!

golf trip

property was ok, problem was we paid $20 per day for heated pool and sauna, because we were playing 2 games of golf per day and that would relax us, but their was no heat in either, each day they say they will fix and each day i message and they say part coming next day, they are very quick to take money from you, like $65 for bbq, $20 per day for heat, $30 per hour for early check in but slow to fix problems, ok place but would never use again
