Well now we have to get koi fish!

Nothing more relaxing than watching and feeding these fish every morning. Host was super friendly and helpful (especially when asked about the fish) and we now have a plan to get our own :) The pool is awesome, spent hours shooting hoops and enjoying the sprawling entertainment area. Thank you for having hammocks next to the lake and the lounger chairs on the dock! Peaceful in every way, this trip truly recharged our batteries. Awesome views can be enjoyed from ANYWHERE on the property but if you climb the giant "lifeguard stand" it's panoramic! The only thing we struggled with was the shower controls but that's completely user error and we figured it out pretty quickly haha

Great place!

This was a great stay! We were ensured our privacy and the hosts have provided great amenities including very comfortable bedding, a bidet, cool lighting, amazing shower, great tv and sound system, and just everything you need to feel like home away from home (but way better than my home!) the location is only minutes from the major Orlando attractions so cost for uber was reasonable and we didn’t have to rent a car. The lake, koi fish pond, and all of the outdoor amenities listed were excellent as well! This is a really unique place to stay!

Not a good area

We drove by and chose not to stay. The neighborhood was awful with security cameras up and down the road. Boarded up house and a few that looked deserted. It was not appropriate for kids given the cameras and surrounding neighborhood. At the house itself, the front yard was a mess with ladder, gas can and other stuff. Given what we saw we made the decision to not stay.

This place is something out of a magazine the vibe it self is so empowering and chill all at the same time and don’t get me started on how freaking amazing out of this work host I had the chance to meet not only did they provide privacy to the highest level one can ask for the host made all my dream and and anything you could possibly ask for happen in a matter of sec I highly recommend if you are looking for a place to stay to rebuild your mind get grounded to the universe this is the place to be I can’t wait to come back thank you so much truly a experience I will remember for life

Awesomely entertaining and relaxing

It's an amazing property. I want to say thank you to James and Fabienne The coy fish at the entrance was amazing. The ambience of the sun coming over the Lake is breath-taking. Found so much peace every morning You have a great place And I look forward to revisiting. Thank you again for your hosfatality.

Nice but needs a few things

They may be their clientele to younger adults. I am in my mid 50’s. The barstools are cool looking but very unusable for the normal person. They are uncomfortable and wobbly. The cabinets are super high. I could not reach anything on the top shelf —wine glasses. A step stool would be very helpful esp if you’re short because the beds are also very high. The shower, heated toilet seat, backyard and view, amazing. I also loved watching the planes. A normal height lawn chair would be a good addition. The hosts were gone while I was there. It was somewhat quiet. The people that came on the weekend stayed up until 11 doing laundry even though quiet time was 10. It was a little annoying.

Stayed at the property for about 3 weeks. The property and the owners were great. Any issues were resolved right away and they were very accommodating. Enjoyed my time out!

Unique, creative property

This is a modern, well appointed studio style apartment attached to the owners house. So many interesting and fun areas on the property from a splash pool, vball court, to lounge chairs on the boat dock. Everything you need and located a short distance to restaurants and the farmers market.

Great getaway spot!

This was such a cute property! The lake out back with the amenities make for an awesome view. Very private for being an off the house suite which we appreciated. They also had no problems accommodating a special request. All in all great stay and highly recommend!

Book This Place!

First time VRBO user here & was nervous to book because many of the properties don’t have reviews yet, including this one. I’m so glad I gave it a try because it was one of the best experiences I’ve had. The hosts went out of their way to make my stay 10/10 from the comfort level, their friendliness, the cleanliness and the full experience of a great vacation through their attention to detail. The home is exactly as described and, if anything, it does not do the home justice. The two queens are super comfy, the home is completely smart capable and the shower is one of a kind with multiple water angles. The background is a huge selling piece with a hot tub, outdoor shower, multiple games, paddling boards, a volleyball net with actual sand and situated right on a lake. There is also a motorized boat that you can rent for wakeboarding at an additional cost. We just ran out of time. I had rented an electric car and the hosts even had a level 2 charger for this. The neighborhood is safe and the place itself is gated. I will definitely be staying here again! Thanks for the great hospitality!
