Stayed here in May 2026 with my husband and daughter. Unit was exactly as advertised/pictured.Plenty of space. Clean. Recommend bringing or buying some extra toilet paper and garbage bags. Amenities were great. Pool was clean and warm. There was a DJ on Saturday from noon-3 PM at the pool who was very entertaining and family friendly. Good music that was not too loud. On site restaurant was good. Gym was small but well appointed with a spin bike (non Peloton), treadmills (I think 2), a stair master, and an elliptical. Also some weights. Plenty of parking. Martin was easy to communicate with and very pleasant. Thank you Martin for a wonderful stay.

We loved the condo. My daughter had a cheer competition and it was perfect location to ESPN World of Sports without having to stay on Disney property! My husband and 2 other kids joined this year, and we loved the location to the pool. My other 2 spent every chance they had to go in the pool! This is our 3rd year staying at Windsor Hills!! Martin was super fast at responding! 100% would stay here again!! Oh and my husband loved watching the Hurricanes hockey game on the 75 inch tv!! I’m just waiting until one that wide appears at my house soon!

Excellent location for all things Disney. Property as described, well furnished and good amount of space. Resort facilities very good with decent prices for beers, coffees and snacks around pool. Huge Wallmart within a few mins drive for essentials up the road. Never a problem to park close to property.

Great location for Disney properties and so many fun activities on site! Pool is amazing and there is a game room! Leave time to enjoy! Very skimpy on supplies though - no paper towels, no extra pillow cases, only one role of toilet paper per bathroom, no garbage bags to replace when taking out the garbage as requested, not even coffee for the first morning and no body soap provided. Not used to this with a VRBO! Recommend charging slightly more and supplying a few comforts for your guests. Otherwise it was a wonderful stay!

Everything about this rental was 5 stars. It was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed for our stay. Location was great and going to Disney was a breeze from here. Communication with our host was excellent. We will definitely be back in the future!

My family had a wonderful time at this condo. It was everything as described in the photos. Well-decorated, fun being up on the fourth floor, well-equipped and the mattresses were so comfortable. I loved sitting out on the balcony in the morning enjoying a cup of tea. The community felt very safe. The water park looked like a lot of fun! My only issue was the pool. It’s a really nice one with a great concession stand and market. Unfortunately, we had to be there Easter week, so the pool was very crowded. But my grandkids didn’t seem to mind :) Next time, we’ll come when it’s quieter. We would definitely stay here again if we’re in the area. Oh, and the PacMan game was a real hit!

The apartment was clean and the location was perfect for our family, a quick walk to the pool area, which was awesome especially for our little one. Restaurants, shopping, and Disney world nearby. The location is very convenient and the property was in good condition! The host was upfront on the amenities provided which were fairly limited. Specifically there is limited soap, no shampoo or conditioner, and no basic kitchen condiments (oil, salt, etc). However there were plenty of kitchen tools to cook with. There is a Walmart nearby to get supplies if needed, which may be a good idea for a family prior to staying.

Martin's condo was my favorite of all the places that we have stayed at Windsor Hills. It was immaculate and has a very light and airy feeling. The furniture including the beds is all very comfortable. If you are cooking the kitchen is well stocked with everything you would need to prepare a meal. I loved the ice maker.The balcony overlooks the lake. It was so peaceful and relaxing being outside enjoying the sunshine. The sunsets are spectacular.The host Martin is very friendly and very responsive to any questions. He promptly answered all my emails. It is obvious that he truly cares about the comfort of his guests.

This place is WONDERFUL- super clean, beautiful views, and convenient to everything. Martin was good to communicate with- and the water park and pool was amazing. There is something for everyone here and its beautiful! The only complaint i have AT ALL was that the master bedroom shower has no shelves or anywhere to set your shower necessities (shower gel, shampoo, razor). It had one tiny little bar soap holder that even the razor slid right off of- and the shower pressure was super low. We set our stuff in the floor of the shower- which was pretty inconvenient - but that was nothing MAJOR. The shower could def use a shower caddy or something - but everything else was perfect!

Great stay

We had a group reunion and all were in various locations in Windsor Hills. This was a great location to the pool and met our needs. The bands are easy to access from the welcome center and once you check-in the in and out is very easy. This community does a great job with the pool and the activity schedule for the kids! The condo was exactly as described and we picked up some additional supplies at the Walmart that is 5 minutes away.

Amazing apartment in a great location. Everything was perfect!

Very nice apartment in a great location. Very close to the resort pool and clubhouse. Plenty of room inside, nice and modern. Good view of the lake. Couldn't fault anything. We landed really early in the morning and the owner was very kind in organising an early check in for us. We also organised and paid for a late checkout which wasn't expensive and saved us so much trouble. 10/10 and hopefully will be booking the same property again soon.

Best for those that need a break from the parks

We loved our stay! Had several days of activities booked at the parks. Loved being close enough to pop over to parks quickly, and really appreciated the space and amenities of the resort. Full kitchen, laundry and plenty of space for the family to relax was a wonderful retreat. Excellent location in relation to the pool, was able to just walk over!

Overall our stay was almost as expected. Photos and description of property are accurate. Martin was fabulous with communication. All of our needs were taken care of and condo is lovely. Our only complaint was the cleanliness. Master bathroom had hairs all over it (gross) and kitchen table was full of crumbs when we arrived. We bought Clorox wipes and spray cleaner and cleaned it ourselves! Host should get a better cleaning service!!

Easy access

The location of the place was spot on and was close to everything just like the listing said. Walmart was 3 minutes down the road as well as several restaurants such as Longhorn, Applebees, Olive Garden, Red Lobster, Bahama Breeze and more. Now with it being such a great location it can get congested. But the place was nice. Have to bring your own house essentials like toilet paper, trash bags, paoer towels. It said it would be at least one of everything to start you off but it wasnt. It was just trash bags and toilet paper. There are also no face towels, only hand towels. No a deal breaker but bring some if you dont want to use that. Also, it can get veey warm even though every room has a fan. You cannot turn the thermostat past 72. So might want to bring your own small portable fan. The stay was fantastic just want to make others aware of the small things.
