The Space:

You step into a world where Disney magic meets comfortable living, and the excitement of a private pool and game room greets you at every turn. The house invites you to unwind in a sun‑lit loft, splash in crystal‑clear water, or drift into a themed bedroom that sparks imagination. Every corner is designed for families and groups to create lasting memories together.



Sleeping arrangements

The six bedrooms comfortably sleep up to 14 guests. Downstairs, Bedroom 1 offers a king bed with an ensuite bathroom. Upstairs, Bedroom 2 provides another king bed and its own ensuite. Bedrooms 3 and 4 are themed for younger guests, each with twin beds—one in a Harry Potter setting and the other in a Mickey Mouse design—served by Jack & Jill bathrooms. Bedroom 5 features a queen bed and a crib, perfect for a small family, while Bedroom 6 includes a queen bed bathed in natural light. In total, there are 10 beds across the home.



Outdoor living

A private pool beckons for a refreshing swim, and a hot tub adds extra relaxation for cooler evenings. Outdoor dining and lounge areas let you enjoy meals or quiet moments under the Florida sky. Guests also receive free access to the community water park, extending the fun beyond the property’s own backyard.



Game room & entertainment

The dedicated game room is stocked with a pool table and a ping‑pong table, offering endless friendly competition. Inside, a spacious loft creates a cozy spot for family movie nights or simply unwinding after a day at the theme parks.



Kitchen & dining

The fully equipped kitchen features stainless‑steel appliances and everything needed to prepare anything from a quick breakfast to a multi‑course dinner. Two generous dining spaces—one indoors and one outdoors—ensure the whole group can gather comfortably for meals.



Location & attractions

Nestled in the Windsor Island community of Davenport, the home is a short drive from Disney World, SeaWorld, and Universal Studios, giving you easy access to the region’s top attractions while you enjoy the peace of a residential neighborhood.

The Neighborhood:

An ultimate Family Resort near Disney and other World-Class Attractions. Windsor Island Resort is a newly constructed community. Expect first-class amenities, some of the best in town! The property is just a couple minutes walking distance to the clubhouse.



Including all the amenities that make resort-living superb, Windsor Island Resort will include a huge resort-style pool, a lazy river, water slides, a separate splash pool, a hot tub, volleyball court, basketball court, BBQ & Picnic area, and, a huge clubhouse with arcades, Bar & Lounge, state-of-the-art massage chairs are designed to melt away stress and more. In the immediate area outside the resort, you will find ample shopping, dining, and entertainment. And only a short drive further you’ll find all the attractions Orlando is known for, Disney being very near.



Located off state road 192 and US 27, and near I-4, just eight miles from Disney World, Animal Kingdom, and Orlando’s world-famous attractions.



Getting Around:

Feel safe and right at home when you enter the resort, which is located within a gated community and secured by a 24-hour security guard. Parking can accommodate up to (2) vehicles in the driveway parked side to side, and up to (1) vehicle on the street in front of the property.



The garage has been converted into a game room. Therefore, indoor parking is not available.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that wash into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $500 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.



We value safety and privacy and that's why we would like to mention we have a camera by the front door, another one pointing to the driveway and a last one pointing to our pool equipment. These aren't intended to record our guest but installed for security purposes
