The Space:
Morning light pours through wide windows, coaxing you awake to the gentle hum of a quiet neighborhood. The scent of fresh coffee drifts from the kitchen as you gather around the long dining table, planning a day of poolside relaxation or a stroll to nearby attractions. Later, the soft splash of the private pool and the warm bubbles of the hot tub invite you to unwind under the open sky, while the game room beckons for friendly competition.
Sleeping arrangements
Downstairs, the primary bedroom offers a king bed, perfect for two guests seeking privacy. Upstairs, a second primary bedroom also features a king bed. Two additional bedrooms each hold a queen bed, providing comfortable space for four more travelers. The themed Clouds bedroom includes a full bed and a twin bed, and the Minions bedroom mirrors this layout, each sleeping two. In total, the villa accommodates twelve guests across eight beds, with six bathrooms serving the group.
Outdoor living
Step onto the patio to find a private pool and hot tub framed by lounge chairs, ideal for sunrise swims or sunset dips. A BBQ grill sits nearby, ready for casual outdoor meals, while the spacious deck offers room to sit, read, or simply enjoy the sunshine.

Getting Around:
Feel safe and right at home when you enter the resort, which is located within a gated community and secured by a 24-hour security guard. Parking can accommodate up to (2) vehicles in the driveway parked side to side, and up to (1) vehicle on the street in front of the property.
The garage has been converted into a game room. Therefore, indoor parking is not available.
Other Things to Note:
The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.
If you would like to add pool and spa heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice. During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that wash into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored.
A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:
-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $500 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.
-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.
Our grill is a propane grill. Please be advised that propane is provided by the guests. We have a propane tank in the house that can be taken to fill up and used during the stay. We cannot guarantee the tank will be full upon arrival.
Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.
It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
