Stay away! They will remove my review as they did others but I’m trying to help you! The place is filthy and I have many pictures, it’s run down, mold and they don’t respond. We stayed 6 nights and they didn’t send help except for water running in the toilet and because we couldn’t leave because the door won’t lock from outside. The pool heater didn’t work, no outlets in the kitchen work, the air conditioner doesn’t work, there’s mold in every bathroom, the furniture is dirty and sunken down, the number given to call doesn’t answer and when they do they try to act surprised about your concerns. They say they put us on a list to get cleaning everyday and hopefully that someone would come, well they didn’t! They make it hard and try to act like they didn’t know you complained already. It took a whole day for them to fix the lock so we were forced to stay in, and even the door facing was almost black with dirt. We had to clean some just to stay there. They sent a man that didn’t speak English and used an app on his phone and he also called someone to translate and they said they would get back to me but of course not. I’ve been communicating with them since April 5 and I asked for a partial refund, they said they had to talk to the owner and the owner asked what did I think was fair. That was on 4/16.On 4-23 I texted for for update and was told no refund and they couldn’t talk to me anymore and if I have any questions contact Vrbo! Why 2 weeks to say that! Beware
