The condo is in a quiet gated community within 20 minutes of Disney. The back has a little peaceful pond full of birds and alligators. We enjoyed sitting in the screened in area looking out. Its an additional cost to heat the pool located within the condo but we were rarely there so did not choose to pay the fee. There is a resort pool area in walking distance but it is not the one shown in the pictures (the one pictured is a short drive away from this unit). Just FYI - no carry-ins allowed in pool area--they will check your bags. Food and drinks sold there were reasonable. The resort pool is heated and felt warm enough to swim even though the air temps were in the upper 60s/lower 70s. The unit itself was very clean. The beds were comfortable.
