Kissimee

There was no pool access card, we requested and were told it was lost. They didn’t include wash cloths. The dishwasher is placed where the door only opens 1/3, impossible to load back. No hot water, warm. Wonderful location. Very safe, convenient and beautiful.

Excellent. Having visited many properties in the area, I can can state there is no property that comes even close in terms of value. Book your stay now before agency increases rates which would be reasonable anyway:

I was like o lord how am i ganne get this luggage upstairs being i eas the first to arrive and my son's dad had just had last treatment for cancer so that was Phenomenal, thank you very much, and we'll be back. We really enjoyed the scenic views of the condo and the condition the condo was in at first sight was nice. BUT, when we started setting in, the Jacuzzi was unclean, there was no communication about housekeeping so we didnt know who to contact, THERE WAS NO HOT WATER whatsoever so my family of 8 had to take cold showers for all of 5days, we stopped showering after day 4 and went home all uncleaned and stinky, sweaty because we refused to take cold showers at that point. Please be mindful that we cannot vacation without hot water that is ultimately the only reason for getting a place because 90 degree weather is not fun! and the we love the beaches, but having cold showers after that was so not fun. Overall, I wished we didnt book with you this place. I'd rather stay in a crappy hotel and get my hot showers.

Great location, apartment a bit dated but clean. We stayed for 28 days and would have expected apartment to be cleaned at least once a week, but sadly was not cleaned at all so we had to spend our time washing and cleaning. That was the only thing every thing else was really great and views of golf course excellent
