A really nice place to stay

We had a very pleasant stay at Oakwater Resort. The resort is only a 10-15 minute drive from any Disney park and we had everything we need around us. We enjoyed the swimming pool with a view of the lake.I highly recommend this place, which offers excellent value for money.I'll come back there with great pleasure.

My stay was almost perfect. I couldnt connect to the wifi because the network name provided was never in the network list on device. Contacted the property and was given another wifi network name that also did appear in the devices network list.

Comfortable stay

We did a 30-day stay at this property. The king bed was very comfortable. We travel with a lot of our own kitchen stuff, including coffee makers, and use our iPads for entertainment. Nevertheless, the kitchen was well-equipped for a couple and as others have mentioned, there are a few coffee makers for you to choose from. I think the TV was new but we didn’t use it except to turn it on for background music. The bathrooms were great and you could tell that the toilet that previous reviewers had mentioned, had been replaced.It is probably time for a good carpet cleaning / steaming to work on some of the spills but otherwise it had been vacuumed.Property management got back to us quickly when we had questions.

Great location!

This property has a fantastic location! The complex is small & walkable to the club house & clean, everyone we met were friendly. The Walmart is just a walk away & so convenient. Our particular condo has a few things that could be addressed. The living room has a large carpet stain, outdoor furniture is not comfortable at all- blinds in the smaller guest room are broke ( you can use your hands to open & close) the laundry closet door is off the hinges. I bought & left pizza pans, measuring cups & spoons. A 9x13 pan & a crock pot would be greatly appreciated. But, it truly is a nice property & an easy to navigate place.

Volunteer trip

Everything about the property was as described in the listing, the main areas of use appeared to be clean the only issue I had is that whoever is cleaning isn't doing as thorough job as they should be since in the master there was a condom wrapper behind one nightstand and an empty water bottle behind the other one. It didn't impact my trip but as I explained to them in the email this definitely should be addressed with their cleaning crew.I would still stay here again, it was easily accessible and close to where we were volunteering.

Close to Disney Parks and good restaurants

Great location close to Disney Parks and good restaurants. Neighborhood was very quiet. Unit was clean and response with one minor problem we had was handled quickly and efficiently. If you want to cook a lot I would pack a few pans. Also I would recommend to bringing your own towels. All in all very happy.

absolutely loved !

This was one of the nicest places ive stayed at before. They had everything from pots and pans to a crib and high chair for babies. The pool was amazing, it has a walk in part and a spa. I would highly recommend and would love to stay here again.

The condo was great, in a very convenient location. The pool and club house were awesome. The only thing I didn’t like is the king size bed. It had a mattress topper that kept moving and you would sink in, that made for a restless night. Otherwise everything was good!

Perfect Location

Absolutely fantastic property in the perfect location for any type of Florida holiday. Stayed here for 13 nights and managed to do everything we wanted as the location is just perfect for all commutes. The property is as described and in great condition. Neat "n" Clean

This place was so convenient to shops and activities. The complex was nice and quiet. Communication with the owners was good and most of all the place was clean and neat. I loved the bed, my husband did not but everyone is different. It was nice that the owners provided trial size shampoo & conditioner and basic necessities to get by. I only gave 4 stars and would have given more except the master bedroom cable tv was not working and we had to change one box for the other leaving the other bedroom without tv. I really wish they had a kitchen sink sponge since I like to clean up after any mess. Otherwise, for the price and area it was perfect for us. Thank you to the owners.

Terrific base camp for a Disney World vacation.

Great communication with property manager ahead of and during our stay. We arrived to find a broken toilet seat and it was replaced right away. We also reported a wasp nest outside the front door and it was gone the next time we looked. The location is close to Disney parks and walking distance from Walmart - both super convenient. The description of condo is accurate. It’s a safe, gated community. Pool is great! Wish the condo provided pool towels. Good value for the money and a terrific base camp to launch a Disney World vacation. We had a blast!

Overall we really liked our accommodations. Location was good for shopping and close to Disney. The unit was comfortable, pool was wonderful, and the grounds were beautiful and clean. Our unit had a broken toilet seat in the master bath, the master bath was not cleaned properly and had hair in the shower. I tried to contact the management twice to have the problems corrected. They called back once while we were out and did not return my second call
