I loved everything about the property. This was our second time to Florida. And miraculously we were able to obtain the same home from last year. It was awesome! We felt right at home. We were already familiar with the area. Will definitely book again and highly recommend to anyone traveling to Florida.

The return vent and air ducts were very very dusty and dirty. It made breathing for my husband hard as he is allergic to dust. The house was really hot as the temperature was set to 76. Also paid for pool heating and the pool was really cold.

It was a great place to stay. We loved the pool and it was really nice. The bed in the main room was small. I thought i was getting a twin, but is was a full size bed. It was small for my husband and I. The house was cool, but would be nice to have fans. I'm not use to the humidity. Fans in the rooms would be nice. Even with the air set at 75 it was hot in the main room. Other then that we loved it. It is in a good location. It was four people that stayed and had enough room and space for privacy.

rented a home with pool i liked that part had major water leak in bedroom they were unable to switch into new property smelled mold and mildew all week at the end they came put down some chemical Couldn't sleep for the next 2 days because of the smell giving me an overwhelming headache

Our Villa was perfect for our small family. It was clean inside and out. The hosts were awesome with communicating with us. On this alone I would be willing to book again. The furnishings are slightly dated but still useful. Our sons loved the game room and pool. Beware if traveling with small children some outlets and glass items such as vases may be low and within reach. We moved furniture to cover outlets. All other amenities for toddlers such as high chair and pack and play are available for use. Also bring trash bags!

House was completely bare, we’ve rented a lot of houses in the Orlando area and this is the first house that had nothing, not even an extra garbage bag. House was clean but a little rundown.

The house over all was ok. The good stuff. Pool was nice, house was spacious and clean. Plenty of tv’s, all roku’s except for the one in the living room but they had a bunch of dvds if you’re into to that. The not so good stuff, furniture is dated, like super old. That didn’t phase us but some ppl might be bothered by that. We swam with bugs all weekend because the skimmer at the house was broken. We emailed to get one and they never brought it to us. Beds were terribly squeaky. The shower in the master bedroom was broken so there was barely any water pressure. So we ended up using the other shower. All and all not bad. We went for a long weekend and we got what we needed out of the house.

We loved the quiet neighborhood. We lobed layout of the home. It was roomy but homey at same time! It was a little further out away from theme parks than I thought so traffic was a tad heavy to get into that main area. But overall, me and my family thought if we lived in Florida it would be a perfect home for us!!
