Complimentary tennis racquet and balls as well as Volleyball equipment is provided at the Clubhouse for your convenience.  Arrangements can be made for fishing poles if you choose to fish during your stay.  It is a catch and release Lake in Glenbrook.

Keyless entry. The last 4 digits of the primary guest phone number will be used for access. Abundance of parking. Driveway can fit 4 cars or 2 SUVs. Overnight street parking is not allowed. Guest can park extra cars overnight by the clubhouse. There are 2 exterior cameras....one in the front of the property facing the driveway and one in the back for security reasons. None of our cameras faces the inside of the house.

Sleeping arrangements
The home sleeps up to 12 guests across four bedrooms. Two master suites each offer a king bed and a Roku Smart TV. A third bedroom has a queen bed, and the fourth features a full-over-full bunk bed. Two queen memory foam pull-out sofas in the family room add flexibility for larger groups. Three well-appointed bathrooms include a bathtub and a bidet.
 
Outdoor living
The private backyard centers on an inground pool and spa - both available year-round and open 24 hours. Pool and spa heating are available for an additional fee. Sun loungers, a hammock, outdoor furniture, a shaded outdoor dining area, and a private gas BBQ grill give the group plenty of room to spread out and settle in. A path or dock leads to nearby lake access, and free resort access opens up additional shared facilities beyond the property.
 
Entertainment & recreation
The air-conditioned game room is a standout - pool table, ping pong table, arcade-style games, life size games, and a theme room give the group more than enough to fill an afternoon without leaving the house. A 65-inch HDTV with standard cable and streaming - Amazon Prime Video, Apple TV, Disney+, Fire TV, HBO Max, Hulu, Netflix, and Roku - handles movie nights with ease. For staying active, exercise equipment includes a treadmill, elliptical, stationary bike, and free weights, with shared gym access also available. Books, board games, and reading material round out the mix.
 
Kitchen & dining
The fully equipped kitchen is set up for group-sized cooking. A Whirlpool stainless steel electric stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, hot water kettle, drip coffee maker, and Keurig coffee machine are all on hand. Wine glasses, baking sheets, barbecue utensils, cooking basics, dishes, and silverware complete the setup. The dining table comfortably seats the group, and breakfast is provided for added convenience.
 
Family-friendly features
Families with young children will find this home genuinely well-prepared. A crib, Pack 'n Play/Travel crib, standalone high chair, baby bath, children's dinnerware, and children's books and toys for ages 0 through 10+ are all available. A dedicated children's playroom and an outdoor playground give younger guests their own spaces to explore, and babysitter recommendations are available on request.

The home has a private entrance, a single-level layout with no stairs, and driveway parking for up to four vehicles, with free street parking also available nearby. Self check-in is via smart lock. Exterior security cameras are installed at the front and back of the property - none face any interior areas. Smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, a fire extinguisher, and a first aid kit are in place throughout.
