Welcome to the SINGLE FAMILY HOME of your dreams in Kissimmee!! This 2 storey 6 bedroom and 5 bathroom rental home (SLEEPS 12) with a private pool is located in the Paradise Palm Resorts Community. This Modern and spacious house allows large families or families traveling together, to enjoy Orlando, while having their own private space.
Paradise Palm Resorts is a beautiful tropical vacation community located just 6 miles from Disney and just minutes to Universal, Sea World and many water parks in the area.

This 6 bedrooms/5 bath house not only has a scenic walkway to the beautiful resort clubhouse, but you can also take a break and cool off in your very own pool/hot tub and dine poolside at your leisure. Please NOTE - Heating for Pool and Hot Tub is optional and available for additional fees.
Enjoyment for all ages and large groups is easy with an open floor plan, formal dining table and breakfast bar, and exciting Avengers themed game room. The large kitchen is a chef’s dream to cook in, with upgraded cabinetry, granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The guest suite downstairs is for your added convenience. Before bedtime, upstairs guests can enjoy a movie in the upstairs loft, before heading to bed.

This home fit our family perfectly. However i was not aware prior to arriving that it did not provide additional items such as extra towels or additional toilet paper or trash bags. These items are not easily purchased in small quantities and it would have been helpful if that were explained in the listing.

Overall it was good I have stayed in paradise palms before amazing. The house was big enough for family everything was okay.Need to be updated one of the room was very hot but the had a plug up fan. The owner was always checking she was very nice. We treated the home like ours leaving everything in tack. We checked in early before 4 Which we didnt know we gonna arrive like 2 hours early. it has to be after 4 know that they didn’t clean the property before so cleaned it to best. The property manager I tried reaching out cause that was what I was told to do. No answer the owner made sure pool did get hot after 3 days . But over need updated the house it like the pictures . We enjoyed.

12 days in Paradise

We had a wonderful stay in this very spacious home that is close to everything! The hosts make the experience easy for guests from booking the stay, to checking in and checking out. Neha, the host, is quick to respond to any and all inquiries. The house pool was stocked with lots of toys and floaters for the kids and was well maintained. The layout of the house allowed for our large party of 9 to be together when we wanted but then have separate spaces when we needed a little individual time. The property was conveniently located close to the nature walking trail over to the resort pool as well. The resort pool offers cabanas for rental on a 4 hour or full day basis that come with pizza and drinks. The pool bar is also a great place for drinks while relaxing on a day off from the parks and other activities in the area. The game room at the house was a place for the kids and adults alike and we thoroughly enjoyed our nightly game tournaments before bed. We would definitely recommend this property to friends and family!

Beautiful Stay!

This was the best house we have stayed in over the past 12 yrs. Pool/hot tub were the perfect temps and very clean. The house was beautiful and very clean, also had all the amenities we needed and then some. Host was very reliable with our communication throughout our stay. We will definitely be looking at staying with them again next year.

Great Property

What a great place to stay for our 3 generation family trip! The house was very comfortable and roomy. Our grandchildren loved the themed bedrooms rooms, game room and pool. Grocery stores and restaurants were easy to get to. We really couldn’t ask for more.

We stayed at this location for 10 days and it was excellent – easy check-in, wonderful size home & easy communication with property owner.Beds were comfortable – shower pressure was great – very spacious home – very close to Disney & all needed amenities are within a very short driving distance. Only issue we had was a pool heating issue but once that was addressed, everything worked great! We often vacation in Florida and I would put this home in our top 5 pick to return to. There were a few minor issues that if not addressed will start to crop up in future reviews of this home. I don’t feel they dampened our experience enough to warrant anything less than a 5-star review and they have been brought to the property owners’ attention.

Amazing family vacation

The house met all our needs. The size was perfect for 4 adults and 3 kids. The pool and spa were an added bonus (for most the trip, Florida had record breaking cold temperature and the heating device couldn’t keep up) but the manager was amazing about it and gave us a gift card! Communication was also amazing if we had questions we simple texted and they got back to us asap! Will definately stay here again if we ever go back.

Plenty of room for a family of 7 to spread out! Heated pool and hot tub perfect for everyone even when temps dipped into the 40's. 15 minute drive to Disney which after 10 hours of walking means only 15 minute drive home!

Wonderful stay that enhanced our trip!

I had a tall order to fill with the things we wanted in a house and this one had them all!We have 8 kids for one (7 came with us) and we needed to comfortably accommodate all of them. We wanted a house with a hot tub and pool, a big kitchen and I wanted one with themed rooms for our kids since we wouldn’t be staying on Disney Property. This place had it all and more.The house itself was so spacious. My 15 year old daughter couldn’t believe how big it was on the inside. The pool and hot tub were great, the kitchen table comfortably seated us and the upstairs Star Wars room and the bonus game room were a hit with my younger kids. My younger daughter loves her princess room and the Harry Potter room and Mickey room were awesome too.I was shocked how big the master bathroom was. That was a great surprise. The kitchen was great for us to make meals and pack our lunches. We were so close to the parks, it hardly seemed a drive at all. If you are looking for a great pace to stay for your Disney trip, look no further. This place is awesome and adds to the magic. Neha was such a great communicator and helped everything go smoothly. Thanks so much and we hope we’ll be back soon!

Paradise Palm Retreat

Our Family of 9 enjoyed our stay here in Paradise Palms. Lots of room. The pool area was really nice. The house was as shown in the pictures. Great location. Communication with Our Host was excellent. We enjoyed the walk through the nature trail to the clubhouse. Would stay again.

Great stay!

We had a wonderful time in Orlando at this property. There were 10 of us and we had plenty of room. The kids loved the game room and the living area up stairs to play their games. The kitchen was big and open; we were all able to sit around and enjoy a meal. Loved the pool area, we sat out most every night. The host was great. Very responsive. Hope to stay again if we are ever in Orlando agai!

Please stay away from this host / house we came in to a filthy home , it has roaches … they don’t clean nor bring fresh sheets for beds! They never cleaned the home from prior guest an had to wait 2-3 hours after check in time

Nice place but need TLC

The house was nice but we came into the place that had dirty linen, dishes and roaches. The microwave door was broken but it was still operating so it was not the worst thing in the world. The owner/property management was responsive but the home need repairs and the owners need to allow their occupants to control their own air. The AC unit had a leak which was repaired after 3 days of our stay but we had to wait to get in touch with the owner for them to set the unit back to cold which is annoying. On the day that we were checking out they cut off the air which is unthoughtful since we had to walk up and down stairs and the air is not on. Bottom line they need new cleaning service company and they need to make the appropriate repairs before renting again.

Family Vacation

My adult children and I stayed in this house for our yearly family vacation. We all had an amazing time. I would highly recommend paying for the pool to be heated, that is where we spent all of our time. The house was great! We swam, watched movies,cooked, played games and it was so spacious. If we come back to Orlando again I will definitely stay here.

Good location. Entrance is a bit tough, as it requires a scan on the passenger side, so it is best to have someone in the passenger's seat.
