9006 Pelican Trace Cove

We asked to have pool heated and it was not. The refrigerator/freezer did not work and all the food was melting/going bad. When we reported, got no one to come out while we were there. There were not enough towels. Carpet and walls were dirty. Light bulbs were out in closets and almost out in laundry room. Not enough utensils and pots/pans.
