Located at the Villas at Island Club. This Gated Resort is located off Hwy 192 & Lindfields Blvd., just 4.5 miles west of Disney’s Main Gate.
This condo has been Newly Updated with wood flooring in bedrooms, new paint throughout, new kitchen counter & cabinets, new twin beds, new bedding, linens, décor & more!
This is a 1st floor 4 bedroom 3 bathroom condo with 2 Ensuite primary bedrooms that have shared patio access off of each primary bedroom.
The condo will sleep up to 10 people. It is set up with a king size bed in each primary bedroom with full size private bath and the 3rd & 4th bedrooms have 2 twins. There are also 2 folding beds in the unit (these are best suited for children and young adults). This unit features 5 TV’s all with Roku. Watch live TV thru the Roku channel guide or log-in to use your own Netflix, Hulu or other streaming accounts.
This recently updated condo is beautifully furnished with fully equipped kitchen that includes full size appliances, microwave,12 cup coffee maker, dishes, utensils, pots and pans. There is also a washer and dryer plus linens and towels in your unit (pool towels are NOT included).
This complex has a heated pool, hot tub, tennis courts, childs tot lot, BBQ area and a club house with fitness room. Pool hours vary by season – Open 8am to Dusk.
There is always something here to keep you and the kids busy when you are not at the parks all day. It's just a short drive to many of your favorite restaurants, souvenir shops, grocery stores, golf courses & more.
Located only 2.5 miles away is the new Margaritaville Resort, Island H20 Live Water Park & the Promenade at Sunset Walk. This beautiful outdoor entertainment district is home to casual eateries, fine dining, shopping & entertainment.
Other things to note: We supply you with a starter kit consisting of: 2 toilet paper rolls, 2 small bar soaps & 1 travel size bottle of shampoo per bathroom, 1 roll paper towels, laundry soap for 1 load, 2 dishwasher pods & a 4 oz bottle of dish detergent & 2 trash bags per container. From there it is your responsibility to replenish as needed. Extra supplies must be purchased at the store.
The lowest the AC temperature can go is 72 degrees, any lower will cause the AC to freeze up & stop working.

Disney family Vaca
The unit was very clean and over all nice and comfortable. Brenda was always prompt to reply when I emailed her with questions. There were only a couple of minor issues that I emailed her about after our stay so that they could be taken care of before the next family arrives. I would definitely stay here again.
