Recommend but beware false description of bed sizes.

The condo is clean & spacious, beautifully decorated, conveniently located, reasonably priced. Bedding is extremely comfortable. Check-in was seamless. Carla contacted us before and during our stay, was helpful and expressed concern about our comfort. The only negative is that condo is advertised with two bedrooms having two double beds. This is false. These two rooms have only two twins each. Owner and staff obviously are aware of this as they repeatedly advised me that "it has always had twins" and that most guests will push the twins together. Staff graciously offered to do that for us, but I declined as it would not be the most comfortable. To compensate, owner offered the use of amenites at no extra charge, but we did not have time to use them. Despite owner stating that she would contact property management to have listing corrected, one week later it has still not been corrected. Regardless, I recommend this property and would stay again, but suggest to always have management or owner confirm accuracy of listing.

I would reconsider staying here.

First, I would like to say that I tried to contact the property management and the owner after I left, via text and messaging them through VRBO, I didn't want to leave a bad review. I've received no response it has been over 12 days! We arrived at the property around 6 pm, the gate code did not work, we had to follow another vehicle who had access. The code to the front door did work, so we were able to get inside the condo. We found that the condo was not cleaned after the previous guest left. Sheet and towels were on the floor, the bathrooms were dirty and the kitchen was messy. I attempted to call the property manager, getting no response. Fortunately there were 2 other phone numbers listed on the VRBO instructions. I got a hold of the maid service manager and she said that they were not expecting us to arrive until the next day. After she talked to the owner, they found someone to come in and clean that night, which by this time is around 7pm. We had to leave taking all of our stuff back to the car, and go get dinner. We were informed around 9:15 pm that the condo was ready for us. After walking all over 8 miles at one of the parks, we were exhausted. The next day the manager wanted to come over and drop a gift off for us. I told the manager that we will not be there and to please respect our privacy and do not come, "If you want to give us something please reduce the daily rate, give us a discount or take off the cleaning fee. That was the last that I heard from them.

Staying here was a hassle

We got to the property 30 min before check in and our gate code didn’t work. I called our host. We waited in a parking lot across from the property for over an hour for them to figure out the issue only to be told they didn’t know they had a reservation coming in today. The house wasn’t ready until 7 pm so we didn’t get to shower and get ready for our dinner reservation after a long drive. The house is conveniently located to Disney but we had to get a new gate code 4 times in 2 days. We only had one time at the very beginning of our stay that the gate code worked and we didn’t have an issue getting in. We always had to wait to follow another vehicle in or get in touch with the clubhouse. I was told we’d be getting a discount for this huge headache and of course that never happened. There’s so many other places to stay. Book somewhere else.

Close to Disney

Great Property. Magic Village is our favorite place to stay - as close to Disney property as you can get off Disney. 5 minutes to AK and 10 minutes to the other three parks. House is big and modern. It does back up to a pretty busy road - so a white noise machine is useful if road noises bothers you while you sleep. Owner was easy to text with any issues. I love the number of showers after a long park day!

As close to Disney without being on Disney!

The property was very clean and nice sized. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and walk in closet. Nice touch. The condo unit backs up against Sherberth road, a very busy two lane 45 mph road that quiets down after the fireworks at Magic and Epcot. Until then it’s hard to sit outside. The VRBO says you can watch the fireworks from the balcony but between the trees and Sherberth I’m not sure you’d want to. It’s loud enough it’s hard to talk to each other but not loud enough inside it kept us awake. We had good communication with the property manager and he was quick to respond. The kitchen is nice sized with lots of cabinet space. Enough that there could be a cabinet or two that could be used for ‘left behinds’ from other renters. Spices, water, coffee…etc. there wer coffee filters and salt and pepper, other than that there is a Walmart close by. Overall we will look to stay here again for next years UDA competition. It’s a 4-5 min drive from ESPN and a few of the parks. Very convenient.
