This beautiful 5-bedroom, 5.5-bath home in Windsor Cay Resort sleeps 10, with a king suite on the first floor plus a king, a queen and two themed rooms upstairs – every bedroom close to a bathroom. Fast Wi-Fi, a fully equipped kitchen, laundry and the resort's lazy river and water slides are all included. Come make memories with us!



The Space:

Welcome to your home away from home in Windsor Cay Resort – a beautiful five-bedroom, 5.5-bathroom house with high-speed Wi-Fi, a game room and room for 10 to spread out and relax.



SLEEPING: a king main suite on the first floor, and upstairs a second king bedroom, a queen bedroom and two bedrooms with two twin beds each – great for kids and cousins.

LIVING: a fully equipped kitchen for family breakfasts, comfortable dining and living areas, and a game room for friendly competition.

OUTDOORS: your very own private pool – heating is available for an extra fee, just let us know 48 hours before arrival.

INCLUDED: 10 towels, fresh linens, full laundry facilities and a welcome kit to get you started.

RESORT: registered guests enjoy Windsor Cay's clubhouse and resort-style pool (some areas of the resort are still under construction).



LOCATION: close to Publix, Disney, the Premium Outlets and Universal Studios.



Parking: vehicles must be registered on arrival and a maximum of 4 vehicles per house is permitted. Cars parked on the wrong side of the street will be tagged and must be moved within 24 hours or may be towed.



Guest Access:

The whole house is yours to enjoy – private pool, game room, kitchen, laundry and every bedroom. As registered guests of Windsor Cay Resort you also get to enjoy the clubhouse and resort-style pool (all guest names must be registered before arrival; some resort areas may be under construction). Parking for up to 4 registered vehicles.



The Neighborhood:

Windsor Cay Resort is a gated vacation community in Clermont, on the west side of the Disney area. You're a short drive from Walt Disney World, and Universal Studios, SeaWorld and the Orlando Premium Outlets are all within easy reach. Publix, restaurants and shops along US-192 and Highway 27 are just minutes away, so quick grocery runs and family dinners out are easy.



Getting Around:

A car is the easiest way to explore, and parking is right at the house. Orlando International Airport (MCO) is roughly 35–45 minutes by car; US-192 and Highway 27 whisk you to the theme parks, dining and shopping in no time. Prefer not to drive? Uber and Lyft are readily available throughout the area.



Other Things to Note:

AGE REQUIREMENT: Guests must be 21 years or older to make a reservation and must provide matching ID upon request. Failure to provide ID will result in booking cancellation.



GUEST LIST: A complete list of guest names (first and last) is required by 5 PM EST at least 24 hours before arrival. Resort access will be denied if names are not registered.



POOL & SPA HEATER (if applicable): The SPA is not a hot tub – it is connected to the pool and both are heated by the same system, for an additional fee. The heater can take 24–48 hours to fully heat the water and is turned on once payment is processed, so please request pool heating at least 48 hours before arrival. The pool is heated to 86°F; for health and safety reasons we cannot raise it further. The pool and SPA share the same water temperature (the SPA is a warm-water area without hydromassage jets). Reservations of 2 nights are not eligible for pool-heater refunds. In extreme cold (approx. 32°F–40°F) the heater keeps working but the water may feel colder because of heat loss – in these conditions the water warms only about 20 degrees above the outside temperature. Weather-related conditions are not a heater malfunction and do not qualify for a refund.



GRILL: Grill rental is available for a separate fee and must be requested before arrival. Propane exchange is not included.



HOUSE RULES: No parties. No pets. No smoking indoors. A $10 delivery fee applies; USPS does not deliver to this address and the resort is not responsible for unattended packages.



AMENITIES: Pack 'n Plays and high chairs are available on request before check-in. Included: fresh linens, 1 bath towel per guest, 1 hand towel per bathroom, bath rugs, hair dryer, and starter supplies (soap, paper goods, 3 trash bags, 1 laundry detergent, 1 dishwasher pod). After the starter supplies, guests restock as needed. Not provided: washcloths, salt/pepper, or open food items. Washer & dryer available.



MAINTENANCE: We're always ready to help with any maintenance need – surprises can happen even after our check-in inspection. Please report issues promptly so we can address them quickly; delays may affect our ability to assist during business hours.
