Todo perfecto.

El apartamento es perfecto, por tamaño, por equipado, por la urbanización, por tranquilidad, por el resto de propietarios. La única pega es que está un lejos de la playa, pero sabiéndolo el sitio es perfecto. En la playa no es complicado aparcar el cohe. Si volviéramos a aquella zona de Alicante, sin duda volveríamos a Muna Pearl. Han sido unas vacaciones estupendas, mucho por el apartamento.

Everything you need for a great stay

The apartment was lovely, extremely clean and had absolutely everything you could possibly need. The kitchen was very well equipped, loads of crockery, glasses, pots and pans and everything was spotless. The pool is right outside the door and the terrace is enormous- we ate out there most nights. It's in a very quiet area, there was no noise from the pool. You definitely need a car but we already knew that before going. We had a great time!

Buenas instalaciones,todo nuevo y muy limpio,complejo muy tranquilo donde puedes relajarte sin problemas.Piscina con poca gente.Buen precio. Nos costó casi lo mismo la estancia que la limpieza posterior.

The apartment had everything we needed. The terrace is exceptional. Can walk to shops and the market although I would recommend booking a Mercadona delivery in advance for your first big shop if you don’t have a car. Used a range of uber eats most nights and ate out once at the nearby Spanish restaurant. Most relaxing holiday.

Gorgeous apartment with large terrace. The apartment was clean with all the amenities that you needed for your holiday. Wendy the keyholder was lovely. A couple of the cushions on the chairs on the terrace needed replaced but Wendy highlighted this to us on arrival. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely return.

Mooi maar wel met aandachtspunten

Het is een mooi appartement met een groot terras wat direct toegang heeft tot het zwembad en tuin. Er zijn wel wat aandachtspunten voor de eigenaar. Zoals loungeset waar de kussens zijn beste tijd hebben gehad als ook de parasol. In het appartement waren er kleine dingen niet in orden

Great holiday

Outstanding well equipped property that we didn`t hesitate to book for next year as well. A few tiny bits of maintenence needed (wobbly on-suite bathroom tap, loose toilet seat and a rip on the outside couch cusion) - however the sheer quality of this apartment blew these little things into insignificance.

The property was excellent, very clean, modern, comfortable and spacious. The sun terrace was superb with a little gate to access the pool. The location is about 30 minute walk to Villamartín plaza for restaurants and pubs, this is fine during the day but parts of the road are more dangerous at night and not a lot of taxis in the area. Walking distance to boulevard for shops and restaurants as well. Also, we used gym which had everything you need. Spa was closed but looked fab, would be an added bonus. Overall great stay and would return.

Short break in the sun

Muna Pearl is a wonderfully comfortable, extremely well-equipped home-from-home. Modern and spacious, the photographs don't fully convey how excellent this high-spec apartment is. Everything you could need is provided and the big plus for us was having the clean and quiet pool area right outside the terrace. The huge terrace was perfect for a family - and if we were staying longer we would certainly have used the barbeque as this space is ideal for staying home and having dinner al fresco overlooking the pool. The provision of clean and good quality baby equipment was a big plus for us travelling with a 2 year old.

Superb Property

The Muna Pearl is an amazing property and complex. This was our first visit to a more modern property in the area and we were not disappointed. Description of the property and photos were spot on and we had a great time. 2 adults and 2 adult daughters. People around the complex were all friendly and it wasn't too busy by the pool either. We hired a car and chose to drive to various locations in the area for dinner rather than walk but a car is not essential. The outside space is simply stunning providing an open outlook right at the pool. The terrace is raised up though so you have a good amount of privacy from other guests at the pool. The host was very responsive at all times and the local contact was super helpful with any queries we had. You will not be disappointed with this property!
