Golf trip away.
Excellent location and initial correspondence with the owner was brilliant with our flight being delayed until late, they managed to accommodate a really late check in because of the delay with no hassle at all. After the first night I received a phone call from the owner stating we had been making to much noise and reception asked us to keep the noise down- this was news to us as nobody had spoken to us. Despite this not being us we were extra quite the following night for respect to the phone call from the night previous, however I received a second text from the owner the next day saying they were very disappointed to receive complaints from other guests with young children again about us making too much noise and they would be in their rights to call the police if this happened again. We were also threatened that we would be reported to Verbo who would block any future bookings of mine and our deposit would not be refunded until after check out and deposited into a uk bank account if they are satisfied. I called the owner advising it is not us and should look into the incidents before sending threatening texts as we are a group of four 40 year old men with respect for where we are staying. I was told I must prove that it was not us with videos or pictures despite advising it certainly wasn't us. I received a text when arriving home from the owner apologising saying the noise carried on upon us leaving. I wasn't surprised as upon leaving there was lads passed out downstair
