Semi spacious, semi comfortable ,living room needs revamp table cabinet out of place and take up space. Unfortunately the building as damp issues which need to be addressed (owner informed) , which makes it summer only when dry for rental. That said great position for area ,good bedrooms top beds , balcony, roof terrace views of golf course, pool etc. Nice secure site parking good, friendly neighbours who live there
