'The Moorings' es una hermosa casa de campo totalmente renovada de 1930 ubicada en el pintoresco río Prosser.

Patio trasero grande, seguro y completamente cercado, ideal para juegos infantiles y entretenimiento al aire libre.

Las tres habitaciones comprenden 2 camas queen y una habitación con una litera triple, capacidad para 7 personas cómodamente.

Amplio y soleado salón abierto con bomba de calor de ciclo inverso.
Cocina moderna totalmente equipada con cafetera Nespresso, microondas y lavavajillas.

Juguetes para niños, silla alta, vigilabebés y portacot.

Bicicletas para adultos, niños y niños pequeños, palos de golf y 2 kayaks.

Disfrute de un corto paseo hasta la playa de Millington y el parque infantil local o un corto viaje en automóvil hasta la hermosa Spring Beach.
La caminata Thumbs está cerca o tome el sendero Convicto que sigue al río Prosser.

Ubicado en la Explanada y a solo minutos de la cafetería local, pizza a leña, IGA bien abastecida y quiosco de prensa.
A 10 minutos a pie de Blue Waters para una comida en el mostrador y a 10 minutos en coche de la batea de pescado en Triabunna para comer pescado fresco o patatas fritas para llevar.

Triabunna también tiene un hotel de carnicería, farmacia, IGA, y es donde el ferry sale todos los días a la hermosa isla de Maria.

Mini getaway

Moorings was the perfect spot for our family getaway. Beautiful outlook and perfectly located for beach walks and swims, bike rides to distillerys and relaxing evenings. Our second time staying, will definitely be back

Simply Perfect!

Moorings Escape was perfect for us! Perfect location and perfect set up, everything you could think of has been included in this holiday home. The cute little rabbit residents and bird life was an added enjoyment. Due to additional family joining us on our Tassie Trip, standard accommodation wasn't going to fit everyone and meant we'd be split up. If you're looking for family accommodation that includes everything you need in a home away from home within easy reach of Maria Island and East Coast beaches, Moorings Escape is that place!

Peaceful getaway

We had such a relaxing, peaceful time away.The views of river and then peaceful undercover area , listening to the birds in nearby gums.Beds super comfortable , kitchen amazing and all was very clean.We look forward to returning.Thanks Jane for a amazing holiday.

Conveniently located, great views. Beautifully renovated. The inclusion of a clothes dryer and an extra blanket for every bed would be most useful. Loved the fireplace and the layout of the kitchen. Many activities provided eg: kayaks, bikes, cricket bats and board games.

The Moorings is absolutley beautiful.Everything you would need was there.Kitchen was well equipped and a joy to cook in.Beds were very comfortable,good bed linen.The location was great,close to supermarket,cafes and the beach.Will definatley be back.

How's the serenity?

Fantastic home and location

We loved staying in this property, very homely and clean. Excellent location and very comfortable for our family of 4. My only suggestion for an improvement might be some fly screens :) Loved every minute of our stay and will definitely be back

Relaxed by the River

The property was great. It had everything we needed (and more). We enjoyed a paddle in the kayaks on the river just over the road, and it was easy to relax in the lovely house. Great facilities for cooking. Our 18 month old grandson enjoyed the toys and watching the rabbits. Overall, an idyllic holiday location.

Pleasant Surprise

Having not visited Orford since a child I wasn’t sure what to expect. We all loved it and didn’t want to leave. The property was so clean, sunny and warm . Perfect location to the river, beach, cafe and supermarket. Everything supplied that we needed to make our stay enjoyable. Highly recommend Orford and ‘The Moorings’.
