Katastrophe! Urlaub ruiniert!

Beim betreten des Grundstücks wurde schon klar, hier wird gespart wo es geht - Draht statt schloss - Terrasse nicht geputzt, dreckig mit Tierkot und Pflanzeresten. Drin ALLES dreckig, Geschirr, Gläser, Besteck, Töpfe alles mit klebrigen Essensresten, Lampen seit mindestens einem Jahr nicht geputzt mit diversen Insekten und Libellen drin, Bäder dreckig wie Bahnhof, schlicht nicht geputzt, benutztes Tampon in der Dusche war die Krönung, Pool gekippt und dreckig (das war der Grund für die Buchung dass die Kinder in den Pool können), Türgriffe defekt, Küchenleiste defekt, Wäschekorb mit Tesa geflickt, Decken von Sofa sowie Handtücher stanken nach Hund, waren nicht gewachsen. Wasserschaden am zweiten Tag, das ganze Bad war nachts überschwemmt weil die WC Spülung undicht ist, nach drei Tagen kam dann der Klempner,. Er war erstaunt über den Zustand des Hauses. WC funktioniert dennoch nicht, allerdings lief dann kein Wasser mehr aus. Spülung via Eimer war aber möglich. Ich stand in permanenter Kommunikation mit Eigentümer, genützt hat es nicht. Unser Sohn hatte Geburtstag sonst wären wir schon viel früher abgereist. Haben den Urlaub abgebrochen. Trauriges Resümee, das ist Programm des Eigentümers! Geld abgreifen für miserable Leistung- schlicht Betrug. Anzeige wird erstattet.

Estancia bien ,Piscina malísima.

La casa un notable alto (8) La Piscina un (0) Me he sentido engañado en el precio por que la Piscina es muy importante en vacaciones era imposible bañarse, el resto bien ,no me metí en la Piscina ni un solo día. Gracias
