PROPERTY DESCRIPTION
The Summer View Two-bedroom condo is a tastefully furnished and decorated beachfront vacation rental that maximizes your comfort and sleeping capacity. The half-circular balcony, the living room, and the primary bedroom offer you spectacular resort pool and ocean views. The balcony is completed with a BBQ-grill, a 4-seat dining table and 2 chairs with pull out futons.

The open plan living room has a 3-seat sofa-bed (with a Tempur-Pedic queen-size mattress), a large TV, and 2 armchairs. The dining area has a 6-seat dining table set, containing 4 chairs and a bench for 2. The full-sized fully equipped kitchen with 3-bar stools. There are also laundry facilities, with washer/dryer, in the hallway that lends access to both bedrooms and bathrooms.

The primary bedroom has a king-size bed, a TV, a walk-in closet, and en-suite bathroom with shower. The primary bedroom also has access to the balcony for your convenience. The second bedroom has two queen-size beds, a TV, built-in closets, and a second bathroom with shower.

The balcony stretches across the living room and partially across the primary bedroom with spectacular ocean views. This unit provides you with 1,600 sq.ft. of living space. A code-lock safe, cable TV, three high-definition flat screen TV's (in the living room and each bedroom), a charging station in all the rooms, free broadband wired and wireless internet are all available for your comfort. This unit is located in the Arashi building of the Oceania complex, on the second floor.

Beautiful Eagle Beach

🏖️Eagle Beach was beautiful and access from the condo is convenient. The condo itself is exactly as shown in VRBO listing. It is comfortable and very nicely decorated. The master bed was very comfortable. We had an issue with the broken washing machine that was quickly replaced. We appreciated that very much. The only real issue I had was the construction equipment that blocked our beautiful view. The ground maintenance and construction was loud and impeded our ability to completely enjoy the condo during the week. We did receive a small compensation from Prestige for the inconvenience -which was appreciated. While I realize that Oceania Residences needs to complete maintenance -I do believe that we should have been notified in advance. We had a great time in Aruba and I would definitely stay here again after confirming Arashi building maintenance. Prestige was very responsive -Communication is key.

Beautiful condo, great location

This is a lovely, well appointed two bedroom unit with a gorgeous view of the pools and sunset. It is steps from the beautiful Eagle Beach. The deck was nice and large and we loved having coffee there every morning. The unit was light and clean and had all the necesities in the kitchen. The air conditioning and TVs all worked perfectly, as did all the appliances. I would recommend that the manager put a few candles and flashlights in the unit as we experienced a full island blackout the night before leaving. Also, the queen mattress in the second bedroom farthest from the door could be replaced. The bed in the principal bedroom was wonderful, but my friend got to sleep in that one. Overall, we could not complain as the Oceania is a wonderful complex and we have stayed there 4 times, in different units. Prestige did a great job handling all our questions very quickly.

First Aruba vacation

Excellent beach view and walk across the street to Eagle Beach. Pools were nice too. Some construction in the daytime. Needs a large mirror in the guest bedroom. Not in a busy area, which was nice we spent a week on the island but at a hotel the last few nights for the entertainment. Miss the quiet and beautiful beach views of this!

Great week in Aruba

This condo was everything and more! The location was great, all the amenities we needed were available. The beds are super comfortable. Cons: ok - 2 things we ran into: 1: the 500 pc puzzle was missing 2 pieces (LOL) 2: the dryer does not dry. It takes 2.5 hrs to dry towels. We started running half loads to make the drying easier. I can’t imagine the amount of electricity being wasted from the inefficient appliance. That’s all I had to complain about - we had an AMAZING week.

This was just what our family needed! The communication from the start was great! Then we arrived and service was amazing. This property is located right across from the gorgeous Eagle beach. The condo we stayed in is spacious, well stocked, and has a good view of the swimming pools and the ocean. Great decor, layout and it’s clean. Pros: 1. A few steps away from Eagle beach 2. At a walking distance from some good restaurants 3. Close to a Supermarket if you have a car 4. Less noisy compared to high rise section of Aruba 5. Has beach towels, a cooler, and beach chairs 6. Dedicated road strip for walkers, joggers, and bikes Cons: 1. Construction next door could be noisy but didn’t bother us Nice to haves: 1. A sturdy beach umbrella to withstand strong winds. Palapas on the beach are free but you need to wake up early to get them as they are available on first come first served basis 2. Better beach chairs In short we loved Aruba, the condo, the neighborhood, and Eagle beach. Would love to come and stay here again. In our experience having a rental car gave us freedom to explore the island and make grocery runs at will.

Outstanding vacation!

The condo was perfect, everything you could possibly need was available. The owner clearly makes an effort to ensure that you have the perfect vacation spot. I always travel with a “kitchen kit”, sharp knives and other necessities, but this unit had everything that you needed. The Oceania is an amazing complex on Eagle Beach and well maintained as always. Best Place to Stay in Aruba

Oceania Residence is absolutely great; 1. Location: Eagle Beach, one of the most beautiful beach and our Condo is 5 minute walk to the Beach itself. We are also away from all the tourist filled locations like Palm Beach or Downtown area. 2. Condo itself: Very clean, has everything you need for a week long stay. The resort itself also have 4 swimming pools. It also has a reserved parking spot, so if you ever decide to rent a car to drive around Aruba, easy access. 3. Staff: The whole process from booking, checking in, and concierge service (they helped to arrange our 1st day taxi ride and also 1st day grocery) was easy and efficient.

Wonderful stay!

The room looks exactly like it does in the pictures. We had everything we needed and the resort was conveniently located. We knew we wanted to be in the low rise area as we’ve stayed in that area before and it did not disappoint. The view from the room was amazing! We felt safe the entire time (complex is gated). Communication was great prior to our trip and continued throughout. Aischal was very helpful in making restaurant recommendations and helping us get groceries ordered. I would not hesitate again to use Prestige Vacations to book something else in Aruba. They made everything so easy. If I had to mention one negative it would be that the walls were thin in the master bedroom and so there was 1 or 2 nights that we could hear the neighbors but luckily it didn’t go too late. Also, one of the pools was out of service while we were there and so that was a little disappointing but the boys had plenty of room in the other pools and we were literally across from a great beach!

The condo was clean and spacious. It is right on Eagle beach which is centrally located on the island. It doesn’t take more than 15 minutes to get anywhere. The condo complex has 3 pools and is never crowded. My family would definitely stay here again!
