Things to Know
Seaside Beach & Racquet is comprised of five buildings situated on the ocean side of Orange Beach. The first digit of the room number identifies the building number. Buildings 1 and 2 are closest to the tennis courts and do not offer a view of the ocean. Building 3 offers a panoramic view of the ocean, while 4 and 5 offer partial or angled views of the gorgeous Gulf of Mexico.

Buildings 1 - 5 are currently undergoing overhead/ balconies/ walkway spot repairs estimated time of completion should be Dec. 1, 2025. Jackhammering should be completed by May 1st. This property is managed by Vacasa Alabama.

Very Nasty

very dirty to the point unhealthy dirty. Dust and mold on vents. Amenities such as pool and beach access was amazing. The unit was not and the listing is very deceiving!

Condo needs updates

Location and view from the unit were nice. Unit needs to be updated some. The kitchen had been redone and was clean, but the rest of the condo needs to be updated. TV in living area is way to small and too far from the sofa to see. Same for the tv in the bedroom. Couldn’t watch it because it’s right beside the bed. The sofa was very uncomfortable and to short to sit on for very long. Baseboards in bathroom and tile were dirty as well as the window seal in the bedroom. W/D to loud to use when in use. Peeling wallpaper and the lock on the front door is hard to unlock and gets stuck. Luckily, the bed was very comfortable and the air conditioning worked well. Overall we had a nice stay, but for the money we paid for the unit, it could have been better.
