New amenities in 2024, snack bar, splash pad, adult pool, bar. This professionally decorated, 27th floor unit has 12' ceilings and sleeps 12. Great ocean views! Newly painted, and renovated. The Foster OBA Phoenix Rentals comes with complete kitchen, stocked full & including a Keurig coffee maker. Three bedrooms each with private attached bath, and a 4'th full bath behind the kitchen so very convenient to the living area. The master bedroom has a king bed which opens with French doors to the dining area, making it an ocean front view. Full bathroom attached with jacuzzi, walk in closet and shower. Other 2 bedrooms have 2 queen beds in each. The building is very family oriented with indoor and outdoor pools, splash pad, water slide and Lazy River. During summer season, preference given to 4 or more nights.

Washing machine

Everything was good except for the washer and dryer. They need to be replaced. The washing machine only does a half load and takes up to 2 hours a full load won’t spin out. Dryer takes 2 cycles to dry towels. When there is 9 you can’t keep up with shower towels and beach towels unless come back up to the room several times a day. Other laundry is out of the question! We have been coming to gulf shores over 35 years and this was the worse washer and dryer we’ve ever had in our condo.

Gorgeous place for a girls trip

Good:- Stunning Property- Lots of space, plenty of bathrooms, all necessary amenities- The views from the balcony were incredible- Comfortable beds, extra bedding, extra pillows- Hot tubs on 14th floor to watch sunset- Indoor hot tubs and pool on beach level- Outdoor pool and adult only pool- Onsite bar and small bites restaurant- Lazy river with slide was a hit!!Not so good: - Waking up at 5:30 a.m. to reserve front row spot on the beach.- Very specific beach map of where certain people can sit and what shade they can have. Tents and canopies in very back row. - Cleaning lady was still in the room almost 2 hours after our check in time, though she did say we could come in anyway.- 26th floor. We spent SO MUCH TIME waiting for elevators. On checkout day, we waited almost 45 minutes for an elevator because of having luggage with us.

Great stay with a fantastic view — just needs a washer/dryer upgrade

We had a great experience overall! The condo was clean, well-maintained, and had all the amenities we needed. The view was absolutely stunning — we loved waking up to it every morning. The space was comfortable for our group of 12, and everything inside the condo was exactly as described, if not better.The only downside worth mentioning is the washer and dryer. With a group of our size, we packed light expecting to do laundry throughout the trip, but unfortunately, the washer didn’t clean well and the dryer took a very long time (if it dried at all). We’d recommend that the owner consider replacing them to better accommodate larger groups.As for the building facilities, we were pleasantly surprised. Some reviews mentioned long waits for the elevators, but in our experience, it wasn’t bad at all — even during peak times like 8–10am and 4–7pm, the most we ever waited was about five minutes.All in all, we had a great stay and would definitely recommend this condo — especially if the laundry setup gets an upgrade!

Clean, Spacious Unit with Awesome View

Overall, our stay was fantastic. I know how hard it can be to make sure there’s no sand left behind in a beach condo but the housekeeper deserves some credit because there was none! Plenty of towels and basic cleaning supplies. We enjoyed our time and the amenities. My only semi complaint is not relevant to the condo itself, but the inside pool was murky and had floaters everywhere. Wish they kept it a little cleaner. Outside pools were fantastic. Not peak busy season in mid April, so we didn’t run into any issues with crowds or the elevators. Fantastic place to stay and the host was extremely responsive when i had questions. Highly recommend.

Will return!! Our stay was better then expected! The condo was clean and had all the necessary kitchen items needed to prepare meals. Beautifully decorated, beds were comfortable. The views from the balcony were breathtaking. Only negative comments would be the indoor pool being closed for cleaning and re-plastering during a portion of our stay. Weather conditions wasn’t the best during our stay, red flags were up during the entirely of our our stay due to high winds. The building lost electricity the morning we were packing to leave which made it a little difficult. However, overall the condo was above average and family was very happy with our choice. We definitely made a good decision on this property.

Perfect stay!

We went during October, and this condo was wonderful! We loved the huge windows to view the beach while inside. The condo had wonderful amenities like the indoor pool for cooler days and the outdoor pool and waterslide when it was warm enough (pools outside are not heated). There were a lot of kitchen items for when we wanted to cook. I loved the layout and style of this condo...very cute and comfortable! The only downsides were things that are not huge issues for me or my family, but I wanted to mention them. The towels were very basic and not the most comfortable to use. Some of the mattresses were very firm, but this was not a problem for our kids to sleep on. The balconies do not offer any privacy because of the way the building is built (you can see over to lots of other balconies on each side). Many of the reviews describe how crowded this place can be in the summer and how long it takes for the elevator. We did not experience this in October, but there are 32 floors to the building. I could imagine that sharing the elevators and amenities with that many floors of people would be difficult in the summer. But for our October trip it was amazing!

Great time

Beautiful property with perfect location for our family of 7. The amenities on site were perfect and saved us a lot of money to have so much to do on site without leaving to find entertainment. Beaches were clean and family friendly. Beautiful views and property is exactly as described and pictured. Elevators were a little bit of a pain but they provide shopping carts and luggage carts to bring your things up/down. Our kids range in age from 20 months to 13 and everyone had a blast. We will definitely be back!
