Very poor communication
The Condo itself was very nice with a wonderful view and great location for the Wharf Concert Venue. However, we were suppose to check in at 4. when were almost there at 6 when we realized we were never sent the access code. WE reached out to the property manager asking for the code. We heard back at 6:30 saying there was a mix up and that the condo was not clean yet. This was not communicated to us before we reached out. When we got to the condo at 7 the condo still was not clean. Asked several questions by messaging the property manager with no answers. We did not know if we would have a CLEAN place to stay after the concert was over. We got one message that said we have processed your REFUND. We were not told what the refund was for or how much. To us it implied for the stay.The Condo was clean when we got back. But the lack of apology, explanation and the lack of communication from the property manager made the stay very stressful. To me the refund message implied for the whole stay. We found out days later that it was for 75 which was 1/2 the cleaning fee. This was never stated. The communication was awful. Again the CONDO was nice and the view watching the boats on the large balcony was nice.
