The Sugar Beach complex is located directly on the beach in Orange Beach. This two bedroom, two bath condo is the perfect place to bring your family for some Alabama sunshine. Complex has three swimming pools and a children's pool. One of the pools is heated for cooler months. Note: Noise from building construction next door is possible during daytime hours.

THE SPACE: Welcome to our beachside retreat! This condo has a wonderful side view of the beach from your balcony for morning coffee or afternoon wine. Our kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook while at the beach. There is room for everyone with three seats at the kitchen bar and four seats at the dining table. The living room has a recliner, a sofa sleeper, access to the patio and a flat screen TV with cable. The master bedroom has a queen bed, flat screen TV, access to the patio and an ensuite bath with a stand-up shower. You have access to the patio from the master if you want to tip toe outside to wait for the sunrise! The guest bedroom has a queen bed and a TV. The guest bathroom has a tub/shower combo. The unit is located on floor one, with convenient access to the pools and the beach area by elevator or one flight of stairs. For your convenience, there is a full-size washer and dryer. Enjoy keyless entry - no need to keep track of keys!

THE PROPERTY: Enjoy easy beach access on the boardwalk to our beautiful beach just steps away! Use our convenient showers to wash off the sand from the beach. You have your choice of three pools and one kiddie pool for your family to enjoy. The pools have chairs for laying out. For your pleasure, there are three first come, first serve shaded gazebos at the beachside pools. Our complex has a bonus feature with the onsite "SUGAR SHACK" which is operational during summer months for quick and easy hamburgers, sandwiches, snacks, drinks and pool supplies. Tennis and shuffleboard courts are available onsite as well. Other Sugar Beach amenities include outdoor barbeque grills, picnic tables, free cable and WIFI, private balcony, security, onsite parking and private beach access.

THE AREA: If you venture out enjoy shopping at Tanger Mall Outlet stores in Foley or SanRoc Cay in Orange Beach. Check out The Wharf for wonderful shopping, restaurants, concerts and the AMC Movie Theater. Catch a thrill on the rides or in the indoor waterpark at the new OWA Amusement Park. Local attractions include mini golf, go-kart track, the Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo and Waterville USA water park! Drive to Pensacola and tour the Naval Air Museum or plan to watch the Blue Angels. Visit the Gulf Shores State Park for bike riding, trails and nature watching, swim in the gulf, go charter fishing, jet skiing, or take in a dolphin cruise.
