Our time at “Serenity Now” was as good as it could get. 1. Easiest check-in w/ plenty of carts to assist in the process. Other buildings had lines of cars on the main road, we did not, it was perfect. 2. The elevators were very quick. Honestly, pretty sure we did not wait more than 30sec for an elevator all week. 3. The unit itself was well stocked, very clean and much larger than the pictures indicated. 4 Views are just spectacular. 5. Furniture, indoor/outdoor is very comfortable and high end. Cons….. the workout facility is poor; but, we were on vacation so we just walked the beach in the AM and PM. No big deal. I have every intention of coming back to this unit, if available when we plan our vacation.

My husband, MIL, and SIL all stayed and enjoyed ourselves tremendously!! The condo was perfect for all of us and so comfortable. So clean and beautifully decorated. The balcony was wonderful!! We loved being right on the beach, near the pier, and close to everything. We loved the pool and all of the staff we encountered was so nice and friendly. Cherie the host was excellent to work with from the start. She checked in with us and even kept us up to date on the nearby hurricane. We will definitely stay here again the next time we come to Orange Beach!! Loved it!!

Perfect family beach getaway

Can’t say enough about the cleanliness of this beautiful condo. It was more than enough space for our family of five and had everything we could possibly need/want for the week. We spent a lot of time on the oversized corner deck/balcony overlooking the ocean- when we weren’t hanging out at the beach. It felt like home away from home which we really appreciated. Serenity Now @ The Palms.....YES!!!!!!

Serenity Now was quite perfect. Check in was simple. Cherie was very kind and responsive to all my questions. Tried her best to do exactly what i needed. The room was very clean!!!! It was pertectly decorated. Minimal "stuff" just sitting around (i hate clutter or just junk) , but very classy and loved how everything was laid out. Two recliners was a nice bonus. She has everything you need in the kitchen plus extras.The balcony was the best!!!! Huge with an amazing breeze the full 7 nights we were there. Super comfy chairs out there as well. The access to the balcony from all 3 rooms was great for my teenagers. The beds were all comfy. Nice linens. Beach was not crazy crowded. Mostly all families or young couples. No rowdy, rude teens, which made it so peaceful. PSA for anyone with a cabana or neso type umbrella, they are not allowed close to the water (this is an OB rule). They must be placed by the big white boxes that the beach guys use to store their chairs. Be sure you bring an umbrella (one point of contact to sand) if you want to be near the water. We had one of each so it worked perfectly, but i didnt mind sitting further back either. Its still pretty close to water and you have more personal space back there. Short 3-5 min drive to everything you might need, sich as Walmart & Publix, pharmacys and beach stores, gas stations. My husband & I both agree, this will be our new favorite condo for OB.Thank you ladies for offering such a fabulous place!!!

Wonderful family vacation!

This property is amazing! We have stayed at other units at The Palms, but this one was the best. There was lots of room for our group plus everything we needed. Since it is an end unit, we knew it would be quiet, but it was soooo quiet and we forgot about any neighbors in the building. The amenities were great and the location to the beach was perfect! We are definitely coming back!

SerenityNow did not disappoint. The unit was clean, in great shape and had everything we needed. The wrap around balcony was awesome! The Palms is a smaller property so we had plenty of room to stretch out on the beach. The building, grounds and pool are all well maintained. The owner contacted us a couple of times prior to our stay and provided us a lot of information. Very user friendly and accessible! Five stars all around, I would definitely stay again.

Outstanding Service

While the condo itself was excellent, with modern features suggesting a recent remodel, it was topped by the service we received. The space was bright and clean with the building and property well maintained and managed. The most outstanding feature, however, was the excellent service from the rental company. Cherie was immediately responsive to our requests and managed our minor problems immediately.

The property was great! Balcony was spectacular!! No sidewalks available so walking was not an option. Jellyfish were a serious issue swimming in the Gulf. “Serenity Now” condo 1016 at the Palms was everything it said it was. Excellent place to stay!!!
