Great place to stay if you’re wanting something small

Property itself looks older than advertised. Room is actually not a “1 bedroom” but an all in one bedroom/full kitchen/bathroom. Great place to stay if you’re looking for something small and affordable. No beach view from balcony.

Wonderful SB Getaway

Shelby is a great host! The updates she made are evident and makes the condo warm and inviting. The kitchen is fully stocked with essential cooking items as pictured in the listing. There are plenty of bath towels, the bed is comfortable, A/C & ceiling fan works great, and the dehumidifier was/is also needed and appreciated. Overall great location in proximity to restaurants /shops, activities, and easy access to the beach! We would highly recommend and will book here again!

Great Getaway

Located close to beach. The condo was great! Very clean. Exactly what we were looking for. Washer/dryer was easy to use. The Heated pool was nice and warm. Parking was convenient. Great communication. Would come back!!

This is the condo to book at Sugar Beach!!

This specific condo is the one to choose!!! I’ve had the pleasure of staying at the Sugar Beach building many times over a handful of years and once I found this condo I’ve chosen it every time since. I’ve stayed in this studio beachfront condo during the lively summer months as well as during the winter—and I can confidently say this is the best studio unit! Freshly renovated with impeccable attention to detail, the condo is fresh and new. The space is so well-designed, with excellent storage options that keep everything neat. This condo is the one to be sure you get booked for all seasons. Whether you want a summer escape or a tranquil winter retreat, this is the place to be! The guest reviews pointed me to this condo and I’m so glad —this condo and its host consistently deliver a great experience. The summer stay was incredible and exciting, with the easiest access to the beach steps away. But winter? Winter was pure magic. The beauty of the quieter beach, the dramatic sunsets, and the peaceful ambiance made it unforgettable. And, of course, enjoying the heated pool during the cooler months added a touch of luxury and relaxation to the stay. We’ve already booked our next stay and can’t wait to be back to this condo!

Quick, Easy Get Away

This place was great for our quick last minute family beach trip. Condo worked for our family of 4 and I really liked the quick walk to the beach and the 4 different pools on the property including a kiddie pool. We have already discussed coming back! Communication with the host was also seamless

LOVE LOVE LOVE

This was a wonderful vacation. This was our first family vacation and we couldn’t have asked for better. The host was very quick with responses to any questions, and this condo was perfect for our family. Very clean and just enough room for us. Also cost friendly especially to be right one the beach and have 3 pools, 4 of you include the kiddy pool! 10/19 experience!

Great location & beach

The condo was great! Spacious enough to spread out but not too large to manage. Perfect for a single or couple. VERY Short walk to the beach. Washer/dryer was perfect to bring all clean clothes home. The pools were excellent and nice To have a choice. Host was great at communicating. Would come back!!

Hold on, this is going to be a long one! I decided to take a solo trip to Orange Beach to unwind, this condo was PERFECT. I'm going to list some of my favorite things as well as some helpful tips. 1) The location is great, 3 miles in either direction to a 'busier' area. Sugar Beach Condo's are just a few hundred feet from the Gulf State Park and is quiet. The beach has chairs and umbrellas for rent ($45 per day) and the company who rents those are so polite and helpful as well. 2) the condo it self shows JUST like the pictures and was SO SO CLEAN and the bed truly is like sleeping on a cloud. Its a studio, with a full kitchen. Truly a much better stay than a hotel. 3) The Beach is sugary white and very clean. I walked the beach at sunrise every morning (after walking across the street to The Southern Grind) and there was never so much as a piece of trash. The pools (4) are great and they were always full of families, I love that they have a specific kiddie pool for those wanting to splash. This is a very family oriented place 4) Shelby is SO active in responding to questions/concerns/instructions. I accidentally locked myself out on the balcony on Sunday morning, I messaged her through the VRBO app and she had responded in 2 minutes and had someone there in 10 minutes. Shelby truly let my mind relax and I had no worries about anything while I was there. 5) The property itself is old.. but sits on the ocean, its not the Ritz Carlton, but it this unit felt like it to me!!

Serene stay at Sugar Beach

So enjoyed our stay in this well appointed, studio in beautiful Orange Beach, AL. The condo was clean and welcoming with zero check in issues and easy parking. So many beachside condos feel like a souvenir store exploded inside them. Not so here. The freshly renovated space leans more towards a higher end hotel, with minimum décor and attention to detail. I always appreciate ample spaces to stash and store your belongings so they are out of the way but still accessible. and Kudos on the HOOKS HOOKS HOOKS! New towels, a high quality hair dryer and yummy smelling toiletry samples in the bath made freshening up after a day of sun and salt extra nice. We found everything we could need in the kitchen for whipping up some late morning breakfasts, which we took down to the mezzanine level overlooking the gulf. The biggest win here is the ease at which one can access the beach and lovely gulf side pools. No long boardwalks to cross or mazes of nonsense to weave through...just a serene stay at Sugar beach.

The property is nice and clean and close to the beach, a lot of other places the walk from the condo to the beach is much futher. Host communication is very fast. The only reason for a 4 star overall is the garage parking is very tight for a bigger vehicles.
