The condo was perfect for our family vacation. Super clean and the balcony was our favorite spot to watch the sunset and dolphins. It was a few steps to the beach and every thing you need to stay there and cook and relax. Check in was super easy with everything sent to us ahead of time before arrival. I would recommend this condo for a great family vacation, you will not be disappointed! We will be back to vacation at this spot!

Pleased with The Palms

This property was clean, well decorated and the furniture was comfortable and updated. We were also pleased with the cleanliness of the property overall and the security. The location was great for folks wanting easy access to Canal Road. Quiet and peaceful.

Beautiful Condo on the Beach

The inside of the condo is very nice. Updated with a beachy vibe, very clean and includes everything you need. Comfy beds and a nice large balcony. The only negative is that the condo building is older and in need of some updating.

Easy check in/check out, beautiful place to stay!

We certainly enjoyed our stay in Orange Beach at Palms 914. This unit worked great for our family because there were two bedrooms, one for our older teenage son and one for my husband and I. The fold-out bed in the living room was perfect for our younger twin sons. The ocean view and beach access were perfect! It was really great having an indoor and outdoor pool as well. When it was wavy on the ocean the kids could still swim. Lots of stores close by to buy groceries, etc. We would recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and fun family vacation!

Peaceful getaway.

Property was very nice except two issues. Main concern was the clothes dryer had build up of lint inside the exhaust housing. Secondly the entrance door had loose lock plates making it difficult to lock but we got by. Other than than we enjoyed our property and our stay at the beach.

Wonderful Vacation!

My husband and I celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary and we could not be happier with the location and accommodations for our special time and vacation! The location of the condo was perfect, the cleanliness of the condo, the beach, the pool, and everything was just wonderful. We plan to return next year!

Condo owners have a great place, perfect for a short trip. The Palms should not be advertising a 'weight room,' however- 2 treadmills and an elliptical and no weights, for anyone interested. Also, plan for not having little things that other rentals may have (salt/pepper/oil/first aid kit/etc); every property manager is a little different, of course.
