Overall the room itself was nice but not sure if we would stay again. Definitely wouldn’t stay during spring break.Issue 1-When we checked in the room had sand throughout, it needed to be swept and mopped prior to our arrival. You couldn’t walk without shoes inside the room because your feet would be black.Issue 2-The room’s built in ice machine was leaking and soaking the floor in the room behind it. Maintenance was called to repair and they had to leave a loud dehumidifier in our room running for two days.Issue 3-The kitchen sink clogged up and wouldn’t drain. Called maintenance but they didn’t come that day so we removed the P trap and dumped out a pile of sand. Issue 4- The washer & dryer take for ever to wash and dry clothes. Would have to put the dryer on 3 cycles to dry towels or clothes.Issue 5-Neighboring room was listening to music extremely too loud and kept us from getting any sleep on our last night. We called security 3 different times and told them what building and room we were in so they could handle it. They never did. At 2am we finally went next door ourselves and asked them to turn the volume down. The kids literally 10-15 years old walking around all day and late night blasting these turtle box speakers with vulgar music was absolutely ridiculous!! You couldn’t sit on the balcony and enjoy outside, they were in the elevators and inside the building.
