With a panoramic view of the Gulf of Mexico, this newly constructed 1900 square foot, four bedroom, three bath condo on Orange Beach is perfect for your next vacation. Located on the west side of a 20-unit condominium with only two units per floor, this unit gives you a a memorable view of the beach for miles from the private wraparound balcony.

This spacious condo is perfect for large families, with an inviting living room that opens up to the balcony with seating to enjoy your morning coffee while you watch for dolphins before a day at the beach and then ending the day with a peaceful sunset view.

The kitchen is outfitted with custom cabinetry, white quartz countertops, stainless steel
appliances and fully stocked with cookware for your stay.

For your convenience, this includes a
full-size washer and dryer in the laundry area with tile flooring throughout the entire condo.

Perdido Dunes Tower offers many amenities, including a dune walkover to the beach, an
outdoor pool, top floor fitness center, Wi-Fi throughout the tower and a dedicated parking spot and guest parking.

With fishing at Alabama Point, marinas nearby and restaurants and shopping within a short walking distance, this is the perfect location to hear the waves and walk the white, sandy beaches for your next getaway.

Great for our friends they enjoyed it very much.

Most friends came to enjoy the beach and have a good time. We usually get together every year around this time. Was very spacious and clean. The only thing I could say is it needs a pool on site (maybe in the front ) next to the building. The pool in the back we couldn’t use, too small.
Stayed 3 nights in Jun 2025
