This is a very upmarket hotel set in beautiful grounds and the whole establishment has been given much attention to detail. The result is the perfect venue for a holiday or a business meeting. However, there were a couple of issues on the last day of the three that had been booked. On our return from a day out we found our room key was disabled and the room itself incompletely serviced. This was quickly resolved but took the shine off an otherwise perfect experience. Also the 'day' menu in the restaurant never varied throughout the week which limited choices.

Wonderful quality hotel

Hotel experience was wonderul. I was upgraded to a suite which had a large bathroom and sitting room with a view. Large bathrooms and slippers too. The restuarant and service was excellent. Very memorable. The only complaint is that the Expedia distance indicagted 16 km from Hardenberg where I was working. This is totally incorrect and stacks up to be a taxi ride of 85 Euro each way. I would love to go back for holiday (and work if I had a car)

Accommodatie was goed, maar ontbijt was slecht. Er werd bij het ontbijt slechte koffie geserveerd en moest lang wachten tot er andere koffie kwam. Het diner was erg duur I En kwalitatief slecht. Het personeel was niet vriendelijk. Wij gaan daar zeker niet meer terug

Heerlijk hotel!

Heerlijk vertoeven in De Wiemsel. Zeer goed onderhouden verwarmd buitenbad met ligstoelen. Op het buitenterras waan je je in Italiรซ (met mooi weer)! Eten is heerlijk. Junior suites met inloopdouche mooi ruim. Een van onze favorieten in Nederland!

Das De Wiemsel hatte ich in Erinnerung behalten, nachdem ich vor etwa 30 Jahren dort zu einer grossen Hochzeit eingeladen war. Ich wurde nicht enttรคuscht. Heute ein noch wunderbarer Ort, auch wenn heute nicht mehr รผberall putzige Hasen herumlaufen und den Garten umgraben wie damals.
